Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach

The only minus is that another building block the view during sunrise and sunset and perhaps sofitel should run promotions more frequently

One of the best experiences i have ever had! The room is spacious, and I love that I can request for different types of pillows, which is extremely helpful for quality sleep! The balcony view is also astonishing!

Great place, close to the beach and all the nice restaurants Not working safe and lack of smart tv was the only minus.

The hotel is located in an excellent position. It offers both sea view and river view with different styles. Usually, I stay in the sea-view rooms more often. This time, I specially chose the river-view rooms. The hotel facilities are a little old-fashioned but very clean, warm and comfortable. Especially, it is equipped with a coffee machine and slippers, providing convenience for business travelers. During my stay, a typhoon occurred. However, the hotel still provided a sumptuous breakfast. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were very enthusiastic in their service. I would like to express my gratitude!

We travelled to the Gold Coast for our wedding, and decided to stay in Sofitel Broadbeach, a hotel we stayed our first visit to the Gold Coast together. This time however, we also recommended our families to stay in the hotel too. The stay was brilliant. Did not disappoint. We were met with champagne on entry, and had some special surprises in our room for our special occasion. The staff were so kind and gave the best recommendations to our parents while staying with the hotel. The front service member Michael, from the US, was a credit to the team and went well above the call of his duty for our week we stayed. Thank you Sofitel for the memories and the treasured time at your resort. Not only did you provide us with an excellent location and comfortable stay, but you recognized the importance of our visit.
