Hotel and location is awesome. We will like to visit again . Probably this is our 3rd stay in the same hotel. Food are amazing and ****** is my favourite. Love it and will visit again for sure.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dorsett. The front desk, in particular, Don, the "con"ciege was fantastic to deal with. Just the little things like having complimentary bottled water available was great. Would have been great to have a robe to the pool area but the pool was great nonetheless. There weren't any of those lounge seats in the water like one of the photos showed but kids still enjoyed the pool. Great location with Pacific Fair across the road and access to the Star Hotel/ ****** was great too

I cannot emphasise more about how great the service, ambiance, location and overall experience is. It's beside Pacific Fair, which is a huge mall that will satisfy all your needs. The hotel offers ample parking spaces and room service / concierge are friendly and always helpful.
My baby girls are greeted with cute Dorset teddies at the lobby which they absolutely adore. Room make up, facilities are all great. The service crew really put in the effort to refresh the room and ensuring a comfortable stay.
The rooms are huge, private (noise proof), stylish and is everything you would expect from a well maintained hotel, but definitely exceeded expectations with their attractive rates.
This will not be my last and I will definitely choose Dorsett on my next visit to Gold Coast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I must give special recognition to Jennifer at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful, ensuring I was able to check in early, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Not only was she efficient, but she was also extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. Her excellent customer service truly enhanced my experience, and I appreciate her warm, welcoming attitude. The rest of the hotel was fantastic as well, with clean, comfortable rooms and great amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

This hotel is located in Broad beach south(No.777 bus from airport arrives at tram station) and thete is shopping mall near hotel.
About this hotel it is comfortable to stay with facility and goog view.I have a choice to swim at pool(6th floor) or on the beach 5min walk from hotel.
