So glad we stayed at The Pand. A charming small hotel within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Brugge. The staff was warm and welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations! Would definitely recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. This hotel is situated just off the tourist map. But it’s perfect for all of the tourist attractions around Brugge. The hotel is unique being a boutique hotel. It has limited rooms, which means it’s very more personal and not overcrowded. The hotel itself is immaculate and well maintained. our room was the master suite which I highly recommend. It’s big and accommodates four people. The breakfast area is beautiful, light and airy. The food is excellent and also locally sourced being mostly organic produce. I highly recommend a stay here.

Beautifully traditional hotel Room was small but beautifully appointed and comfortable. Staff were fantastic super helpful. We booked car parking which was perfect in Brugge as you really don’t use your car at all as the city is completely walkable.

This quaint and beautiful hotel in Bruges is so beautiful and so comfortable. The staff Monika, Marie and Tobias were welcoming, helpful and accommodating! The hotel is right in the center of town but on a quiet street. Great restaurants are within walking distance.

Elegant hotel in a perfect location. Charming rooms are aptly named. Perfect location and staff for which nothing was too much trouble. We were a group of 14 celebrating a birthday - all of us were delighted with our stay. Night receptionist deserves a special mention - very patient!

Lovely hotel with fantastic breakfast and great friendly staff that looked after you. Stayed here for 2 nights - 5 of us. Charming rooms - only con was not having a walk-in shower rather than a shower over the bath in one of our rooms. Breakfast was amazing - table service, could not do more for you. Choice of eggs cooked on the Aga and a glass of champagne (not just some fizz!) Great location in centre of Bruges but still quiet sleep. Secure parking available.

The breakfast was absolutely superb, one of the best I have had, and the service at both the reception and in the breakfast hall, was outstanding. I don't drink champagne so my father (who I went with ) was delighted to have 2 glasses of champagne, at breakfast! The location of the hotel is great with only a 1 minute walk to the city center. The rooms were fully equipped and were comfortable.

There were some good things and some not so good things about this hotel. On the good side, the building looks nice, everyone there was very nice and very helpful, and the location is great. On the downside, it was very musty in my room so I had to take anti-histamines (and they warned against opening the windows as mosquitos would come in, so I couldn't air the room), and the wifi was very weak in our rooms. I also thought that I had booked rooms with a canal view and we had no view at all - maybe I made a mistake in my booking, but it certainly looked that way at the time I booked.

One word: fabulous! Great position; great staff; wonderful breakfasts; and charming accomodation. This place is elegant and quirky yet a real home from home, with impeccable service. Breakfast cooked before you on the Aga is a neat touch and the bar is tiny and cosy serving lovely drinks. Go.
