When we booked online it implies that it is a fancy hotel with excellent facilities. However when we arrived the hotel and leisure facilities are infact separate altogether and the hotel itself is a rehabilitation hotel for eldery. The pool and leisure is infact a leisure centre open to everyone public included. Overall the stay was misleading and disappointing especially for he price i paid

Amazing pool facilities, multiple pools inside and out. Helpful staff. Delicious food. Plentiful breakfast, hot and cold and lots of selection. Thank you!

We would like to thank Björn and his team for his outstanding efforts in helping us to get our car out of the subterranean parking of the nearby Zurzi-Park, which had locked the access to their pay machine for the week-end. This even though we were just passers-by and not guests.

Staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable. A lot of conversational noise after hours on the first night but did not recur throughout the week. No complaints otherwise. We would gladly return..

The reception by Ms. Weyeneth was very friendly, with all the necessary information.
The single room was very soberly decorated, unfortunately not really a comfortable room, but very clean.
Comfortable bed, thank you for the second pillow.
Evening meal, excellent despite chaotic service, breakfast buffet with an extra-special selection of bread, otherwise rather modest.
The friendliness of the employees varied greatly.
In the morning I would like to be greeted with a "good morning" and not "which room number?".
In general, the employees from Germany seemed much grumpier than the others. Actually, I know it the other way around.
The cleaning ladies who come into the room before 10 a.m. and ask "when are we leaving" is absolutely not appropriate.
The finer details are missing in this hotel, but if you calculate that entry to the thermal baths is included on both days, you can't complain much.
I'm not sure whether I'll return.

Nice hotel, good bed and quiet.
Large parking lot under the hotel or in front of the hotel, shared with the 'swimmers' of the Therme. But enough space.
Tasty cuisine for breakfast and dinner. A note: the beef skewer contains a lot of bacon and only three pieces of beef.
But great Thermes included with the room. Highly recommended and with natural hot water, so with a limited ecological footprint.
