The services exelent but the television remote not working and capol off things need to repair like shelf in the bathroom the flooring but it's kan by forgettable!

Highly do not recommend anyone to live here❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ 1.We two girls came to the hotel door at 9pm and contacted the staff to provide us with the room number. However, the wrong information did not leave a key for us. 2. There was no immediate solution to the problem. We called the staff for 11 times. At first, we waited for the call to be connected and then did not respond directly. I was able to get through the phone. It wasn’t until the resident of the original room came back that I found out that Staff had sent us an occupied room. 3. Poor attitude. Waited for a long time before sending us a new room. 4. When we went to the toilet in the new room, the hygiene was extremely poor. There were dirty towels provided and there were also large pieces of biscuits on the floor in the living room. 5. A hair dryer was provided but could not be found. The contact person was ignored directly. 6. Wi-Fi was provided but could not be found, so in the end we directly Move to another hotel 非常不推薦任何人來居住！ 1. 我們兩個女生9pm來到酒店門口 聯絡人員為我們提供房間號碼 可是錯誤的資訊當中並沒有為我們留有鑰匙 2.沒有即時處理問題 我們致電人員11次一開始是等待接通 之後直接未能接通電話 直到原本房間住戶回來 才發現Staff 發了一個有人居住中的房間給我們 3. 態度差到極點 等了很久才發一個新的房間給我們 4.去到新房間 衛生極度差 廁所的坐廁有頭髮 提供的毛巾也有頭髮 客廳地板有大塊餅乾碎 5. 說明會提供hair dryer 但是完全找不到 再次聯絡人員被直接無視 6. 說明會提供Wi-Fi 可是都是找不到 所以最後我們直接搬往其他酒店居住

Reception was really gentle ! They help me a lot of things for better trip but some facilities in the room was not exist like hair dryer. Except that everything was good include the place. It’s close to the station

Centric apartment with eveyrbting that’s necessary in Budapest! Super close to a metro station and we’ll equipped . Would recommend
