When we got there the building was full of bricks, hanging cables and dust, it was under construction and my parents, two +70 year old couple couldn’t stay there. They said that the apartment was clean inside and that they didn’t know about the construction. This was a dangerous place for them to stay and David did not care, I had to pay another hotel for my parents. Absolutely a scam as they don’t show that the entrance of the building was dangerous
