Budapest has a huge selection of hotels to suit every taste. We spent a long time choosing, doubting, but we didn’t lose a bit! Excellent location - the very center, two minutes walk to one of the most important attractions of the city - St. Stephen's Basilica. There are small shops nearby, a stop right next to the hotel, streets such as Vaci and Andrássy Avenue are about 5-7 walks at a leisurely tourist pace. In the evening and at night it’s not scary because it’s in the very center, the police are always on duty in the neighboring park) Responsive staff, knowledge of English and willingness to help in resolving any issue. Not bad breakfasts for the price: pastries, sausages, cheeses, desserts, yoghurts, excellent coffee from the coffee machine. I read not very good reviews about the bathroom.... it turned out to be untrue or we were lucky. The bathroom was excellent - new, clean, towels were changed every three days, but upon request they can be changed more often (the signal for this is a towel on the floor). Sound insulation may not be the best, but in Budapest at night you either party or sleep after long walks. Our view from the window was into the courtyard (a courtyard in the style of St. Petersburg wells), but this did not in any way affect the quality of our vacation. Definitely recommend!
