En general todo muy bien, tanto el Hotel como su Personal
Sólo dos observaciones:
1. Deberían incluir huevos en el Desayuno, y no darlos como opción cobrando $600 adicionales;
2. A la hora de pagar, vuestra página e info deberían ser mas claras en cuanto a los costos de la Cochera y del IVA.

My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel booked by our local travel agent and we must have been given the worst possible room (313) overlooking an inner courtyard with no blind curtains and 2 single beds which were sagging. Likely built in the 80s with no maintenance whatsoever. Since we had an early flight the following day, we had to forfeit the breakfast which was included in the rate so I asked if I could get 2 complimentary bottles of water instead. The receptionnist denied my request! The only good thing about this place is the location which is off a main avenue, otherwise the worst hotel we stayed at in Argentina.

I stayed here 5 nights during a tour of Argentina, it is very well situated in the centre a few minutes walk away from Florida, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, i really enjoyed my stay and when in Buenos Airies again wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice staff. A bit worn, but clean. Neighborhood had MANY walkable great restaurants. Breakfast was open lon hours and had variety. Shopping, bike rentals, parks all close by. Good value for the price.

das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Es gibt etwas größere Suiten, mit 2 Zimmern die auch teurer sind aber die Möbel und die Einrichtung sind sehr veraltet. Die normalen Zimmer sind sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet schon eine gewisse Auswahl. Am besten ist aber der Einsatz der Mitarbeiter. Ich hatte eine Agentur die sich um nichts gekümmert hat. Der deutsche Anbieter DER TOUR interessiert sich für so etwas auch nicht. Die Mitarbeiter haben versucht alles zu regeln und ständig zu helfen.

Estuvimos alojados de paso por Buenos Aires, por solo dos noches, me pareció fantástico el Hotel, por la ubicación ( a 10 minutos de aeroparque) y por las comodidades. Es un Apart Hotel, muy cómodo y limpio. No se escuchan ruidos de la Gran Ciudad. Cercano al mismo encontras de Todo, Bodegones, parrillas, comida Japonesa, comida Venozolana, etc. Si volvería a Buenos Aires, volvería a este Hotel. Las Habitaciones super cómodas. Tiene disponible Garage, pero es un costo aparte de la estadía.
