The facilities are new and clean, from the entrance hall, the elevator and the room. The reception was very good, I recover as a highly positive assessment that those who received me made last-minute changes that were possible, to make my stay even better.
In relation to the service, I noticed that they do not have bed linen (I suggest that you express yourself in the systems at the time of making the offer) and at breakfast that costs twice as much as in any bar within a block around the hotel, The offer is poor in relation to gastronomy, but cordial in attention.

Extremely unpleasant service at the reception, instead of politely checking in, the gentleman started making complaints. Without my knowledge the hotel canceled my reservation. The air conditioning switch in the room didn't work. Breakfast the same every day, canned ham and sliced cheese.

It is a nice hotel, it has everything you need. But the attention of the staff leaves much to be desired (except for the people who clean the rooms, all ladies). Upon arrival they changed my rate, claiming that VAT was not included in the accommodation price (which is prohibited by law) and I had an additional 21% surcharge otherwise they would not let me stay. The booking page expressed the total rate and indicated that all taxes were already included, yet they threatened to not give me access and since I was tired from a long trip, I had no choice but to pay.

Hotel very well located in Buenos Aires, close to Congress Square. Large, clean room, with a small kitchen and TV and air conditioning. Free coffee machine on the ground floor next to the reception. Excellent experience, great value for money, I will definitely return to the same hotel when I am in Buenos Aires.

Good hotel overall, attentive reception staff, the room we got wasn't as new and perfect as in the photos but it was good, cleaning the room was just making the beds and taking out the trash, they don't clean the floor or the bathroom, it's not worth it It was worth paying for the daily rate with breakfast, I paid and ate out.

Hotel very well located... It is located 1 block from the Congress metro station. There is a Carrefour Express and a Smart Fit in front of the hotel. Close to several places to eat...
