Staff here are warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and inviting, and had the most astonishing waterfall shower we've ever experienced, set at least 12ft above our heads. There is a very pleasant and verdant roof terrace, where drinks can be brought up from the bar. Hub Porteno provided us with the perfect base from which to explore Buenos Aires, particularly the nearby green spaces and parks in Recoleta. We were thrilled with our choice of hotel and would heartily recommend it.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were fabulous. The rooms were very large. It was also in a fantastic location. However, the rooms were a bit dated and probably not quite as beautiful as I was expecting based on price and description.

Bit of a hidden gem, but considering the pricing and where it is located, a bit of a no brainer! Excellent concierge who books all your restaurants and gave us exceptional recommendations. Rooms are huge and a little out dated,but nothing that would stop us going back

This is a quaint boutique hotel, which is really well located in Recoleta. We walked for blocks and blocks in the area, and felt totally safe. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is amazing. They made you feel like you were staying with friends, or your favourite cousins - friendly, helpful and accommodating. One of the best hotel experiences ever.

This beautiful boutique hotel is on a quiet street near great shopping and sights. The entire staff is fabulous, accommodates your every need and speaks English. The spacious suite had a lovely view overlooking the gazebo below which was their wonderful sushi/Asian restaurant, LIMA for a romantic late night dinner with a huge drink/food menu(all delicious). The included cooked to order breakfast was served in their attractive bar or in your room. Afternoon fresh squeezed juice and chocolate mousse profiteroles were the “icing on the cake” for an exceptional stay after enjoying the 4th floor outdoor rooftop patio. This hotel is a special gem!

Great boutique hotel in central Recoletta. Large rooms, unique style and delicious breakfast. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Julia. Very much enjoyed my visit and would stay there again.

Hub Porteno is an old mansion that has been converted into sumptious suites. It has a very subdued entry. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by the concierge. Before we were escorted to our room, we mentioned that we would like to eat dinner at LIMA, the restaurant on site. She immediately got us a reservation; so much appreciated! When we saw our suite, we were in love! So much attention to detail and personal touches you would find in a private home. The bathroom was gorgeous, with a chandelier over the tub and bath salts to use. The room was quiet, plush pillows and a thick quilted comforter to snuggle into. Super clean! We passed by the lounge area after dinner and indulged in the beautiful and delicious desserts (with a flower garnish). We had breakfast in the small cafe with bacon and eggs (served in gorgeous dishes) again with flower garnish. Delicious. The fourth floor balcony has a living wall of plants and custom table and chairs. The hospitality and personal attention by staff made us feel like the only guests there.
