Staff very friendly and helpful, but heater wasn’t working and the outlets were all loose so charging any was difficult. Great location.

Initially upon checking in there was good communication about which room we were in and how to get in with the QR codes. After that communication ended. I tried emailing and calling the numbers I had with no response. We also tried using the hot tub on the top floor but doors were locked, we couldn’t find a way to request access for anything upstairs. The room was decent but nothing special. We were really hoping to get late check out or even just leave our bags with a front desk but because there was never anyone at the front desk or that returned my messages - we ended up having to pay for storage at a facility for part of the day. I think this is more of an apartment building than a hotel at this point. The area outside of here was ok and walkable but I’d prob stay somewhere else if I visited again.

Great place in a great location across from a little park with many stores, cafes and restaurants around. A block off of busy Santa Fe avenue but no noise whatsoever.

Hire a service for 3 people.
Check in was after 3:00 p.m. and the bed was not made.
My daughter slept in an armchair that did not make a bed.
I asked for a pillow like everyone else and they told me there wasn't one.
I asked for 1 more towel because they gave me 2 and they denied it to me.
They never changed towels.
I was staying for 3 days and they never cleaned the apartment.
Hot water is by small hot water tank. For shower **** you had to wait a long time for the water to heat up.

The bed, instead of having a fitted sheet, had two superimposed 1-seater sheets and did not have a mattress topper. The kitcknet did not have a sponge or detergent, nor a dish drainer. Not a garbage can either. The steel of the lift was very dirty.
It does not have daily cleaning service.
On the balcony there are two chairs but no table to even put down a glass.

La habitación era en la planta baja. Tenía cucarachas dando vueltas por toda la habitación, por todo el baño. Llegamos un miércoles a las 12, y estuvimos una hora hasta que nos atendieron para darnos el código de la habitación. El viernes llegamos a las 12:30, y de nuevo una hora para que nos atiendan (tuvimos que irnos hasta el hotel a buscar al recepcionista que nos de la clave, porque estaba en un bar y dejó la recepción vacía).
