We came at a very busy time of year. One morning, we were still sleeping someone opens the door…. Assumed it was the maid. Not long after the maid knocks and asks to clean the room. We weren’t to check out for 3-4 hours later. It was affordable. There is a bus to the transfer station and they will pick you up.
The second day, 8 am (still sleeping) a knock to get up and get your Covid test. As I was packing up, the maid came in and started taking the sheets off the bed.
All and all not bad, if you can deal with the curt service.

Lovely friendly host yummy dinner cosy rooms with very warm duvet. Hemu village around the corner good location for making a trip to Kanas Lake. Surrounded by medows. Photos from the surroundings.

這個山莊，讓人遠離城市的喧囂，讓我感到非常舒適，房間也不錯。服務很好，我和朋友抵達時比較晚了，趕上下着雨，山莊專門安排車接的我們。自帶餐廳，飯菜價格合理，味道不錯。下回繼續入住。

房間非常好，超出了我和朋友的預期，店家也非常友好熱情，提供了不少幫助。客棧離新村2號站不遠，去洪巴斯草原和觀景台都不遠，挺方便的。準備秋天過來再住這。

第一次來禾木，沒想到在山上也有這麼好的酒店，環境很好，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠。員工們熱情服務，倍感温馨，很放鬆。

酒店至遊客程換中心接送: 到禾木後會有人來接，很快就能到達酒店🏨，離換乘中心不遠，但是離老村的各個景點蠻遠的，如果想看晨霧的話不推薦住這裏，除此之外超級推薦這家
環境：漂亮得沒話説！仿木質房子🏠2-3層，房子前是各色的鮮花，還有兩衹大狗狗和羊駝🦙
用餐: 不推薦在這裏吃飯，貴而且巨難吃，晚上有表演，但是沒燈光，黑燈瞎火啥都看不見

1. 禾木風景沒得説，酒店周圍的風景也很美麗
2. 新村距離老村很近，位置很好
3. 本來抱着衞生條件不會很好🐛的禾木，沒想到無論是酒店還是房間設施，環境都十分好，我感覺應該會比老村基礎設施好

這十天來，是我住的最差住宿，，房間蟲子到處事，最最讓我生氣的，就是洗澡，洗到一半頭髮都是泡沫，沒有熱水了，打電話給客服，態度極其惡劣，來一句嗯哼！讓等30小時，真的簡直太無語了，強烈要求下，叫來一個男的服務員來解決，不知道居心何在？來解決問題最終也是一句嗯哼，衹能站在浴室等，晚上温差又大，請問這個酒店有站在客人角度考慮問題嗎？難道就是做一次生意？本身設施是你們酒店的問題，遇到這樣的事情，不積極解決態度還強硬惡劣
