酒店外觀大氣，內部設施雖然有些舊了，但也算配套齊全。衞生還不錯，房間比預期大呢。

酒店接待旅行團，大堂比較嘈雜。早餐人多要排隊，一人一個雞蛋，其他都是素菜和鹹菜，品種也不多，但能吃飽。優點是有自家大停車場，車位多。

這兩天很冷，返住還是選擇神湖大酒店！讓客房服務人員提前打開空調和電暖，微笑服務很暖心，還有早餐券，房間很大很乾凈，有問題時反饋給總枱，服務人員及時處理，很友善可親，值得入住推薦👍

下山又回來住啦！最近變天有點冷，好在房間温度很熱，雅緻清爽，衞生乾淨，還給免費升級了房型非常開心，房間超大，熱水超足。一定要在布爾津住一天，一定要在神湖住一晚，不遠就是額爾齊斯河，風光秀美，還能重温與沙俄的貿易史。

一進大廳就很氣派，服務很熱情，酒店乾淨衞生，房間寬敞，衞浴乾濕分離。喀納斯不錯的中轉站，現在淡季價格很友好！去和回來時都選的這裏，體驗極佳，離五彩灘景點很近，離額爾齊斯河700米左右，一出酒店大門口都有小吃店，非常方便下次來玩還會選擇這裏。

酒店硬件設施齊全！工作人員温暖熱情，酒店的整體服務很不錯。這家酒店真的讓我挺滿意的，大廳，外觀院內的花園，超市旁邊還種了綠色有機蔬菜，體驗非常好，本人也是一個非常挑剔的客人，但這家酒店讓我非常愜意，服務態度也非常好，出來玩住也是非常重要的，有一個舒適的休息環境，心情也快樂很多呢！

從可可託海駕車來到布爾津，到的時候已經是深夜11點了，遠遠的看到了神湖大酒店給人一種高大上的感覺，所有的黑夜裡行路的擔心和疲勞都一掃而空。房間很寬敞，衞生間很乾凈洗個澡很舒服。前台接待人員很熱情，給我們第二天的行程提了很好的建議。早餐很好，來了幾天第一次在酒店裡吃早餐，居然還有咖啡☕️ ，這服務太周到了。
