昨天晚上來的時候已經很晚了。外面冷的要死。還好房間裏很暖和！小夥子服務也很好。房間裏也挺乾淨，美美的洗了個澡睡覺了，早上起來外面的風景很不錯！一棟一棟的別墅後面就是大山，很適合拍照！雪景也挺美

總體一般，冬天沒有篝火，所以主樓關了，我們入住的是東邊的獨棟小屋，外立面是北歐的那種風格，有點童話小鎮的意思，趕上下雪，拍照挺好看的。房間的環境麼就一言難盡，衞生間有點漏水，房間裏有煙味，淡季，比較湊合。

實際住的是另一處未開發好的別墅區，地面還沒有平整，房間看圖片還好，所以就訂了，房間無吹風機，沒有浴巾毛巾，有遊覽車帶客人入住，到處說缺東西，一位小姐服務，所以，小姐很忙。打電話給小姐說沒浴巾，要我們自己去她的房間外取用，吹風機告知沒有，要我們自己去找老闆要。
景區，可能也不能要求太高，但無論是用的衛生紙還是外露的水管，自來水裡的泥沙，都不值得再次入住。

訂的別墅特價房，前台應是升級成了標間，與照片一致，房間大小合適，挺新的。進賈登峪下坡就到了，門口就有停車場，方便。離廣場很近，當晚可從窗户遠遠看到廣場的演出，哈薩克風情的歌舞，自由音樂時間，遊客們圍着篝火，有的也情不自禁的跳舞，到11點結束，在現場很能感受這種快樂，也不影響休息。也可看到擺渡車的大型停車場，走路應很近，開車就更近了，兩三分鐘吧。美中不足的是，洗澡時要相對趕快點，要不後面是冷水。當然，在喀納斯景區內這樣的價格和配置應
是性價比很高了。

此酒店是我在新疆住過最差的酒店沒有之一，房間服務人員幾乎沒有，酒店設施不全，房間內用水渾濁根本無法洗漱，備品幾乎沒有，甚至無法提供一次性拖鞋與免費布草；房間內設施老化，電暖氣電線裸露，牀頭櫃內甚至還有之前房客留下的垃圾，由此可見整體衞生條件根本不達標，住宿體驗極差，如果不是天氣條件不好根本不會選擇這家酒店，避雷避雷！

設施：老舊，小，噁心，洗澡沒地方站
衞生：噁心，床底地毯有很多指甲，鼻屎，地毯，枕頭髮黴，牆上有不明針頭？？
環境：臟亂差，周圍也很噁心，有蜘蛛和蟲子
服務：非常垃圾，下了車趕過來我想趕緊辦理入住上廁所，前台一個***和一個男的在那裡對賬，完全不顧客人感受，我們五個人要趕緊開房，不緊不慢説等等，還不幫我們開，在那裡自己對賬，等了大概10分鐘才幫我們辦理入住，非常噁心！！我實在受不了了來評論
