Location leaves much to be desired, but the room was clean. Air conditioner looked new and did not smell bad. Price was outstanding compared to what we've paid.

The location is not so good, but the room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are kind, and there is a delicious shabu-shabu restaurant and a convenience store just a short walk away. The toilet smells bad, so I couldn't leave the door open to humidify the air. (No humidifiers available for rental) There was a lot of dirty bedding and towels left on the emergency stairs, so I was a little worried about what would happen in an emergency.
