5 minutes from Jagalchi metro station, next to the port where you can eat fresh seafood. Overall good, but the street is noisy at night.

It's a great place for alone travelers. It's very clean and they offer towels, free coffee, kitchen facilities, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap and toothpaste.
Pros: located in a good spot and close to the subway station, very clean, convenient self-check-in and check-out, good wifi, sockets by each bed, fairly equipped facilities for the price, exactly as shown in the pictures
Cons: the mattresses are a bit uncomfortable (wouldn't recommend it for a long stay), no elevator, rooms are not sound proof

The owner is very responsive to your inquiries. Perfect location as it is Near to markets, BIFF subways and buses. Would totally recommend it!! Note that the place is in third flr and they don’t have escalator but if you’re a solo traveler with less baggage this is a really good one and worth it for its price!

Staying here for 3 nights. The location is near subway around 5 minutes walking but the station exit and guesthouse both didn't have elevators so good luck with that. The room is smaller than i expected but its fine with me bcz i'm mostly out.

Location is good. Other than that , the guesthouse is so so. Kind of difficult to find at first. Because in the middle of building. No lift. So need to bring luggage to 4th floor. Luckily travel light. Bed is too hard for me. Barely sleeping here. Its 1 hour to go to haeundae beach. But its nearby the jagalchi market.
