Fantastic stay. Such wonderful hospitality. The food was excellent home cooked and very generous. After a long hike we enjoyed being picked up at Consuma and being made very welcome. Dinner and breakfast was excellent. The food was very tasty home cooked and generous.

Se hai bisogno di fare un weekend in totale relax il borgo è il luogo ideale. Posto ottimo per rilassarsi e per mangiare tutti i buonissimi piatti della cucina di Ombretta e la mitica Fiorentina di Roberto. Cortesia e personale ottimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Cinque stelle piene non solo per la località immersa nel Bosco, ma soprattutto per la gentilezza di Ombretta e Roberto due persone fantastiche come il resto di chi ci lavora!! UMILTÀ da vendere. Come ritrovare la propria famiglia al vostro fianco. Da provare la mitica Fiorentina di Roberto, non esistono cosi numero 1 Tutto ben curato bravissimi vi auguro sempre il meglio.

Un luogo di pace e tranquillità, immerso nel verde. La struttura è bella e molto curata e possiede ogni confort. Ideale per rilassarsi e riposarsi. A 15 minuti di auto è facilmente raggiungibile il primo paese con tutto ciò che può servire. Il vero valore aggiunto del Country Inn sono però Ombretta e Roberto. Due persone squisite. Vi sapranno accogliere con il cuore. La cucina di Ombretta è buonissima ma dovete assolutamente provare la fiorentina di Roberto....imbattibile!! Infine non si può non considerare l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sia per la cucina sia per l'alloggio. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ho appena soggiornanto con la mia famiglia presso il Borgo Caiano dove ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Luogo di gestione familiare, tutti super gentili, posto ben tenuto, con cura ai dettagli, attenzione per i bambini (in camera c'era a disposizione pure il box per giocare), area dedicata per gli animali domestici, paradiso per gli amanti della natura ed i fiori. Livello della pulizia in camera al top. Si offrono prodotti propri durante i pasti (la marmellata di peperoni o pomodori, davvero ottime!). Probabilmente la miglior fiorentina che abbia mai mangiato, preparata dal proprietario del borgo. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Bellissima struttura immersa nella natura dell'alto Casentino. Ottima accoglienza da parte di Ombretta e Roberto. Ottima anche la cucina: specialmente la "Bistecca alla Fiorentina" cucinata da Roberto con maestria unica. Da non perdere....
