Last minute trip to Cairo! Loved the location it was clean and our rooms were spacious.

This is my business trip and stay by 6 nights. It is located at heliopolis and very safe area. Also it is very easy to find a Taxi for going to City star which is best Shopping mall in the Cairo. The cost of Taxi is just 50 Egyptian pound and it is very reasonable.

The apartment is in Old Cairo, and the surrounding environment is dirty and messy. The service efficiency of the apartment is very low, the WiFi cannot be connected to the Internet, and the staff has been unable to fix the WiFi. The staff in the apartment have no sense of service. The room rate does not match the service and facilities at all. The room rate is too expensive and not worth the high price. I do not recommend staying here.

I booked this apartment and the they said you have the wrong location we will send a guy with you to the other location where is totally different and far from the original place, I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Beware of bait and switch. Booked larger apartment through ******* and was told one day before checkin that apartment is at the secondary location, which is several km away. That location has nothing walkable and needs a taxi to even get water or any dining. None of this or address of other location is mentioned on the ******* listing. Apartment floor was also dusty in places. Service was also poor since they gave a fare for airport transfer and then doubled it and different staff kept quoting different very high fares for airport drop. Would not recommend, given this experience.
