Downtown Revento Hotel in Cairo was an okay stay. The room was decent, and the location was convenient. However, their communication needs improvement. Responses were slow, and clarity was lacking. Better service would enhance the experience significantly. Would consider alternatives next time.

I loved the place, it's quiet and clean and all the staff there are very friendly and they helped me. My flight was close to midnight and I had to check out in the morning according to the hotel's instructions, but they gave me another room to rest in until my flight at midnight for free. I highly recommend going there.

Hôtel à fuir! Nous avions réservé via Booking une chambre quadruple et on nous a donné une chambre triple. N'ayant pas trop le temps ni le choix nous sommes restés pour une nuit seulement. Ils nous ont fait un tarif mais ils nous ont demandé d'annuler la réservation sur Booking, eux ne voulant pas le faire, je cite ''parce que après on va avoir des problèmes'' (perso, je ne vois pas trop quels problèmes tu peux avoir mais bon....) Je vais énumérer tout ce qui n'allait pas: -chambre qui ne correspond pas aux photos!!! (Merci photoshop) -salle de bain immonde!!!! La douche coulait directement sur les WC. -chambre assez sale (trace de matière fécale sur les murs) -j'ai demandé 4 serviettes...au moins 7 fois avant d'en avoir 2..... -les réceptionnistes la nuit ne respectent pas les clients en hurlant en réception ! Avec mon mari, nous leur avons demandê 4 fois de parler moins fort ils nous répondaient ''dans 5 min! ' et ça pendant près de 3 heures!!! A la fin j'ai pété un plomb je leur ai hurlé dessus....le patron, un certain Ziad nous a dit '' désolé je pars dans 5 min!" -hotel très mal insonorisé (bon comme partout en Egypte) -les petit déjeuner horrible !!!!! Il est servi dans votre chambre et vous avez : 2 paquets de chips, deux oeufs durs du pain, 2 tranches de fromage, 2 tranches de jambon de dinde, sans eau ni boisson. Je pense que l'hôtel vient juste d'ouvrir, mais si vous voulez continuer à travailler il va falloir changer et s'améliorer les gars .....Je vous avais dit que je mettrai un mauvais commentaire...
