We stayed for 11 nights 25th July till 5th Aug 2023 Myself, my daughter 2 Grandson's and a friend of the 18 year old. They had the best time ever, we all had a lovely time and the staff where all lovely especially Pedro he cracked us up the whole time the food in the restaurant was very good. However apartment was great although dated I slept in the lounge and had to put most of my clothes in the Welsh dresser but that was OK. The bathroom there is nowhere to put all your toiletries not even a shelf in the shower to put anything so all your shower gel etc had to go on the floor. And as for the pool you'll be very lucky to get a sunbed as people come down early leave towels on 4 to 7 towels maybe 1 person stays with them but sometimes not another person comes down for hours we experienced this on most days. And getting to the beach/shops is not that far but I found it quite a long walk however plenty of taxis and for only a few €

Thank you so much for a great holiday and memories here, my daughter, nephew and I had a lovely relaxing 5 night stay here in October. Everything from really nice friendly staff, to a lovely apartment, and we all loved the food! Nice straight forward little walk to the beach, bars and shops, all in one area. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday. We will be looking to return next year.

Yet again another fantastic break, all the staff, reception, bar, entertainment and cleaners are great, always so polite and welcoming!! Apartments as usual spotlessly clean and the pool area. Don’t hestitate to book if you want a great family holiday in an excellent location, 5 mins walk to the beach, shops and bars. 😎

We always go away in October always to a Hotel but we thought this year we would try an apartment i did expect small children not the amount of older ones so many when half term is a few weeks away the place is really nice very clean lovely staff the apartment that we had was on the 3rd floor very bright very clean great views from the bedroom window but the beds the worst bed that we have ever had bumps lumps we found it very hard to sleep so the good thing about that was we got up early sat outside our room lovely and quite. Then 10 o'clock the pool was open then it all started the kids went in the pool the shouting screaming the parents as bad if not worse than the kids they took over the pool for the day not a care about older people that wonted a swim it was their holiday you got kicked with balls not one word of apology not from the kids or the parents not my kind of people i have brought my children and grandchildren to have respect not some of the people here they thought it was funny .we did go for a rest but not here we would have spent the day at the beach but the hill going down to the town was was bad coming back in that heat we had to get away i do not like staying in all day but we had to wait till it cooled down to go out. I will never go back we have had many holidays over the years and we will stick to hotels but it was a shame what could have been a good holiday yes you are going to have noise i know but the not like this i would have thought Aug half term not the first two weeks in Oct but after saying this lovely apartment nice all round it lot of really nice people but you only need a few very loud mouths to take over not a care for other people on holiday not for me

We read some very unwarranted reviews of this complex that are not truthful, okay it is a little bit away from the resort centre and the beach but that did not spoil our enjoyment one bit All the staff are so nice and the receptionists really helpful, we had a few issues when we first arrived with our apartment but these were soon rectified, all the staff are so friendly and polite. The pool is fantastic and there are always sunbeds available, the pool bar serves tasty food and the drinks are very reasonably priced and the food in the restaurant is superb, always freshly prepared and served by dedicated waiting staff As typical in a lot of Spanish apartments the décor is on the dark side but you don't go on holiday to stare at the colour of the doors etc, the beds are super comfortable and we both slept really well, the ladies came to clean most days and did an excellent job, bedding was changed twice and towels every other day There is an Aldi supermarket about five minutes down the road for essentials, the mini train stop is almost opposite for a bumpy ride to S'illott via Sa Coma. even with torrential rainstorms and some of the complex flooded the staff pulled out all the stops and it was business as usual later that day. Pedro in charge of entertainment is excellent at his job and appeals to children and adults alike Will definitely stay again

Wow! First time at the Cristina but will be back next May 2024 for sure. Everything was so relaxing, all the staff were fantastic reasonably priced food and drinks would definitely recommend to all, you will really enjoy yourselfs.

The pool area, Bar and Entertainment area were all very clean. Our Apartment was a different story! Our Sheets were only changed once in the 2 weeks were there! Our towels had not been changed for 4 days so we went to the reception to ask for clean ones which the lady provided. The water system had a problem as when you let the plug out the bath the dirty water would come up in the sinks! The smell was awful!! AllThe Staff were lovely and friendly. But we will not going back to stay here again.

From the friendly and helpful reception staff through to the groundsman everyone made sure you were satisfied. The complex was kept spotless and the daily housekeeping meant you could relax. A small problem with the shower was fixed within an hour of reporting. I think this place deserves more than a 2 star rating. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Booked 2 weeks holiday for me and partner and 2 kids. When arrived 8pm and checked in. Went to room to find no beds made for kids and no bedding so back round to Reception and was told sheets would be ready for coming back from getting food. Once back and in room we noticed blood spot on sheet so didn't use. The next morning getting waken up with loud singing coming from morning kitchen doing breakfast. List goes on and on so for short writing here goes. Family of 4, shower won't be hot by 4th person and told by Reception tank takes 2 hours to heat up. You will also need towels to stop water going into bedroom. Bedsheets only get changed once a week even though it says Twice a week on information sheet in room. Beds feel like your lying on floor so hard. We did checkout early Thursday 28th September instead of 3rd October. Won't be back to this apartment. Please look for other places as Entertainment will be better at other places unless you like bingo and Karaoke
