Very attentive staff, in the historic center and a very pleasant room

good hotel but in the ground floor you can hear the noises of people when entering and leaving, they gave us little toilet paper and the bathroom door did not close, otherwise the hotel has a very good location

The location of the hotel is great, in the old town and a beautiful street, close to bars and restaurants. It took us several calls to make the reservation and a few others to locate the boy since everything is processed by phone and they have no reception, so he gives you the codes to enter the building and the room. At 10:30 p.m. we were having dinner and he called us to make the payment, which I did not provide any card number on the phone, we told him that if we were not late we would give it to him since we did not have it with us either and instead of tomorrow when he came to the hotel. The surprise came when at 6:15 on Sunday morning there was a knock at the door of the room, logically we were sleeping and surprise! it was the boy who came to collect with a tpv in his hand, it seemed so surreal to me that I didn't know how to react at that moment. Very pissed off with this deal, what she should do would be to charge upon arrival if she doesn't trust that they won't pay her. Terrible treatment, I did not like it at all.

The best thing is the central location of the accommodation for an unbeatable price. It's the second time we've stayed (3 nights) and this time it was a bit disappointing. Room 1 on the ground floor, upon entering (as a welcome) we found two long hairs on top of the bed, the soundproofing was terrible (noises could be heard at night as if they were inside the room), the bathroom door could not be closed ( It was swollen at the bottom and rubbed against the floor, it stayed at 45°), the shower drain did not drain and smelled horrible, the television did not show any channel, the floor was blackened, it was not cleaned during the three days of stay They didn't even change towels. To spend a night and "get by" is fine, but nothing more.

The hotel is very well located but there is no service. There is no reception, one night another guest started screaming like crazy and when we called the assistance (which is only telephone) they told us that they were not going to do anything. Also they don't clean until you leave.
