Very cold in bathroom over the shower was freezing and we had the heat on 77 and it was just cold the site i booked on said they have a arcade was excited for my 3 kids were with me they dont . Pool was cold hot tub was broken and breakfast food was horrible

The hotel was ok, but we chose it based on several factors - all of which it did not meet. The hot tub was out of service. (Although the pool was great) There is no longer a family/game room. While it claimed two restaurants, there was only one and it was more bar than restaurant. It mentioned soundproofing, and it may have been the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Our neighbors were up until after 3 am and I heard nearly every word. The staff was nice but I would not choose the hotel again since their are many other better choices in the area for a similar price.

this probably is my favorite hotel of any I been at , its friendly staff ,the homey feeling, the clean rooms , spacious, and the beautiful loby is a must see and the laid back bar /restaurant is another added plus! great rates..... over all its a 10 in my book. Amazing its my second home at target times and there is nowhere Id rather go then here as i am here still now 🤗

I didn't like that they offered a continental breakfast and all there was to eat was cereal, hard boiled eggs, and cereal. And oatmeal!! I loved the atmosphere of the place. Everyone was so nice.

What kind of a hotel has the housekeeping staff knock on your door at 8:45am on a Saturday to refresh your room??!! 8:45am!! Seriously?! I was already awake but I was lounging in bed enjoying my time away. Was I supposed to stand off to one side while they they cleaned my room? I told them to get he hell out of here!

I just stayed there the past 3 days. I am a travel nurse and working in Altoona for 6 weeks. My first time but I know others who have stayed there. I know only a continental breakfast is offered but others said there is hard boiled eggs. Well not this time. Also my room was on the first floor right around corner of lobby and working nights I must sleep in the daytime but there was alot of noise from people talking. It truly sounded as if someone was in my room. Also, came back in the morning after my first night of work and the bleach smell was very overpowering. I wouldn't think anyone would attempt to clean my room literally 14 hrs after I arrived. On a positive note, the property inside was very nicely decorated for Xmas and the staff I encountered were always very nice and helpful.

The hot tub did not work. The heat in her room didn’t work, right the reason why we stayed. There is for the pole in the hot tub.
