Ok good

Overall this is a very budget friendly hotel in a great spot with food right outside your door. With a mall and train station nearby it’s pretty much everything you’d want for budget stays. I will say I had no sleep however as the bed and pillows were awful. It is also incredibly loud here. No one seems to care about people sleeping as they bang and talk very loudly, with echoeing hallways. So as much as it has a lot of plus points I wouldn’t recommend unless it was for 1 or 2 nights or you can handle the noise and not great sleeping arrangements. Staff were lovely.

There is no VENTILATION in the toilet and can see the dirt and dust on wall in the bedroom. We can hear someone talking outside the window on G/F. However, it is still cheap with convenient location.

The name Ibis Budget is the tip. Still, for the outskirts of Sydney it's not a bad deal. It's quiet, clean sheets, air conditioned sort of, and has the basic facilities. It's also adjacent a fair variety of dining options. Reception staff are good and efficient. It's cheap if not cheerful and no doubt I'll be back if it's enroute and I'm tired.

Everything was good as the price was cheap too. Lots of restaurants and fast food nearby so very good.

This hotel was in a great area. Right next some great restaurants. Very easy to get to and very close to the main highway between Sydney and Melbourne.

Love the location of this hotel. So easy to access public transport.

Not bad

Our room is near the road, so it's quite quiet. There are many places to eat around, and the sanitary facilities are also good. It was raining when we went there. We had a lot of luggage, so we planned to drive into the lobby eaves to put down the luggage and then park in the parking lot. The front desk lady kept urging us to leave and said we were not allowed to park, which was a bit unkind.

Too far from the city, there are free parking spaces, but public transportation is inconvenient

The room is tidy and the service is warm and thoughtful!
