Atendimento muito bom! Café da manhã bem variado. Os quartos são bem antigos, acomodações antigas e com acústica péssima!
Acordava várias vezes a noite com o barulho de hóspedes chegando e fazendo barulho.

Muito bom! O especial é a localização pra quem quer passear na Djalma Forjaz. Não tem melhor.
Apesar das janelas terem bom isolamento, o barulho da rua pode incomodar alguns, mas é o preço a se pagar por ficar tão perto do buxixo.
Meu quarto dava pros fundos então o barulho foi bem menor que no quarto dos meus sogros que tinha sacada pra frente do hotel.

Gostei do hotel, das acomodações e do café da manhã, variado e farto.
Minha decepção ficou por conta do centro da cidade, que me pareceu muito "fantasiado" para impressionar o turista. Acho que não precisava da iluminação tão feérica, pois basta a beleza da arquitetura e das flores para encantar todos que a visitam.
Gostei mais dos arredores, que tem uma natureza exuberante.

Apartamento muito bom mais extremamente barulhento (suíte prêmio com vista ) e para completar um alarme de segurança da vizinhança tocava a noite toda fiz a reclamação e não resolveu foram 3 noites sem dormir não recomendo essa coluna de apartamento e no chekout queriam cobra uma taxa de serviço no valor de 10% das diárias simplesmente não paguei pois já feito e pago a reserva pelo ********** e não informava essa cobrança .
