This wonderful two storey building will amaze you with its fantastic exterior corners and by its appearance, as it seems a simple and beautiful castle hiding a dreamy designer interior. The chlorine pool, surrounded by a cosy artificial green lawn, invites to take a cool and nice dip after enjoying some relaxing moments under the sun on one of the 10 sun loungers. It sizes 6 x 3 metres and the water depth goes from 1.2 to 1.7 metres. It also features an exterior shower. A perfectly furnished porch by the pool is awaiting for you to spend the morning or the evening by a good reading and a glass of wine. Some steps up from here lead to the terrace where you can taste a succulent barbecue al fresco or under the sliding awning. Entering the accommodation from the street you will find a spectacular room combining the living area -with AC and TV-Sat- with the dining kitchen. The kitchen offers a large island with a ceramic hob and 6 stools to have a chat with your loved ones while cooking. This same floor offers a shower bathroom and three bedrooms, all of them with two twin beds, AC, a wardrobe and space for two cots and two high chairs. One of them also has an en-suite bathroom with separated shower and hydro massage tub. You will find wall electric radiators all throughout this floor for the cold season.
