I was charged 145 for the room. Someone came in off the street behind me and asked for a room for the night. He replied 94as I walked off! Asked someone the next morning 2 people also walking to the ferry and they paid 105! Profiteering!

Lovely hotel - off the central tourist area. Very spacious and clean. We are there in Jul so the refreshing pool is a big plus. Overall very good experience.

Hotel Chantelier is an unmanned annex of the Manor hotel. I’m not sure I realised this from the description.
The advantage was the fact you can share the hotel pool. Also breakfast is available (extra €12) in the hotel.
The disadvantage was the annex was a bit soulless. It lacked atmosphere. I think I would have found it a bit scary if I was there alone.
Another disadvantage was that it smelt a bit musty.
It was however clean and simply but pleasingly decorated. There were toiletries and great ‘help yourself’ coffee and tea faculties. Parking was good and there was a secure store for bikes.
Rural setting was beautiful.

A really good hotel and room for the three of us for the Sunday night. It’s two Kms from the port and town center so a pleasant twenty five minute walk.

chambre prestige qui n'a rien de prestige. les baies vitrées donnent sur le parking où passent sans cesse des clients, aucune intimité à moins de fermer les volets. avons trouvé sous l'oreiller le chouchou et un mouchoir du client précédent, (signe que les draps n'avaient pas été changés?). 120euros, c'est disproportionné...

Hôtel impeccable et confortable, notre chambre coté jardin était très calme. Bon accueil et accompagnement dans l'établissement. Bon petit déjeuner servi dans hôtel des Douets Fleuris car c'est le même établissement.

Organisation inhabituelle avec un seul accueil pour 2 établissements (l'hôtel et le manoir) différents, avec principalement 1 seul employé qui fait l'aller-retour entre les deux établissements et qui fait un peu tout tout seul. Du coup, on a le sentiment que la gestion gestion du Manoir, plus prestigieux, se fait au détriment de l'hôtel et de ses occupants. Le tout est légèrement négligé : déco soignée mais datée, du café et un frigo à dispo dans un espace commun. Ambiance entre hôtel d'affaires et gîte ?.... On est livrés à soi-même, aucun personnel à l'hôtel. C'est très déroutant.
A noter pour les bonnes choses quand même l'accès à la piscine et au jacuzzi du Manoir, et le buffet de petit déjeuner qui très bon, même si, là aussi, vous devrez vous faire cuire un oeuf vous-même ;-)

Hôtel en 2 partie ( Manoir et Chatelier) nous logeons dans la partie Chatelier. Chambre petite mais confortable, bien décorée et bonne literie. Ménage impeccable. Extérieur (parc) très beau, fleuri et très bien entretenu. Espace piscine jaccuzi très propre et très agréable. Petit déjeuner simple (question de goût mais il manque pour moi un peu de chaud cookîng) cependant produits de qualité et on ne manque de rien 😉 Personnel très avenant. Personnellement nous avons pris la voiture pour aller dans le centre mais c est tout à fait possible d y aller à pied . Je recommande vivement.
