Third time at Dreams Vista Cancun. The service is excellent. The hotel is secluded from other resorts and has residential housing and condominiums near by on the water. The resort is very clean. The food is good and no restaurant reservations exception the Asian restaurant. We were on the 11th floor which is listed as a honeymoon suite but the only difference is a tub in the room, bottle of tequila and snacks. The rooms are cleaned 2x a day. This is not an adults only resort but there were minimal children at resort in September. They have a kids area which is really nice. The rooms are comfortable. We were celebrating the 2nd of our 3rd honeymoons before our big one to Thailand for 15 days. There was no extras except a banner on the door. No room upgrade even when I inquired they offered at $250 a night. I stayed with the room I paid for with preferred club. All in all I would come back and maybe do a family vacation.

This resort totally exceeded our expectations. We booked this trip for our 10th anniversary and this resort based on its close proximity to the Ultramar ferry to Isla Mujeres. We stayed in the preferred club corner suite. The room was amazing. Really comfortable beds and pillows. We had our room cleaned twice a day … once in the morning and around 7pm for turndown service. The view was incredible but due to the humidity we couldn’t keep our doors open like I thought we would or the floors would get too slippery. The preferred club pool was beautiful and Jessica and Andrea took amazing care of us. We were greeted every day with our drinks and never waited for anything when they were working. The blue water grill was the best food we had all week we went back twice. Rueben and Oscar were so attentive and Rodrigo the manager was a pleasure to chat with (even though he is a Chelsea fan lol ). Isabell the hostess was quick to seat us and the chef Armando really put his personal touch on his presentation. Honestly we didn’t have one bad meal. The food was amazing everywhere. The beach is small but the hammocks are a great touch… this was the most we have ever been in the ocean on any trip. Overall a beautiful resort with great people and great service. We can’t wait to return! Let’s go city!! LOL Rodrigo

Beautiful property in Cancun! Very clean and excellent service on all fronts. Limited nightlife and overall, the restaurant food was good, but not stellar. We highly suggest the Rio Secreto day trip. Gorgeous rooftop pool with excellent service from Andrea and Danna. Blue Water breakfast was stellar with super friendly staff Edgar, Bernardo, Marina, and Chef Humberto who made our trip memorable. Likewise was Jessica in Mi Lucretia and the lovely ladies in Coco Cafe. Golfers visiting in September should book very early am of later afternoon as the course is unbearable in the midday heat. Overall a lovely trip!

We had a very relaxing week at this resort. We stayed in the preferred club area the entire week and want to give a shout out to Jessica and Andrea, they took very good care of us. I can’t comment on the other pool as we stayed there all week. The restaurants were normal for an all inclusive resort. The tacos but the pool downstairs was by far the best lunch. You can’t beat the views from the preferred pool ledge. Also had two beautiful sunsets, even staff out taking photos. My only complaint was housekeeping. They did a great job but called at some weird hours. One night it was 915. Two other times in was late afternoon when you go back to chill before dinner.

Second trip to Dreams Vista in the last year. Though we enjoyed the resort on our first visit our latest visit was even better. With new resorts there are always kinks to work out and the management at Dreams Vista did just that! Our day started off with a warm greeting from the bellman and Omar the preferred concierge. Omar checked on us our entire stay to ensure we were having the best experience possible. We stayed in a master suite ocean front with adjoining room with our 10/12 yr old boys. Spacious and plenty of privacy between the 2 rooms. In total we had 3 bathrooms, 2 showers, 3 tv’s and a pull out couch. Wrap around balcony with plunge pool and outdoor daybed. The views really are breathtaking from anywhere in the resort. We met friends who also traveled with children 5/10/13/19 years. There was entertainment for all ages. From water park, surf pool, crazy game, and live music . David with the entertainment team was very engaging throughout our 6 night stay. Benjamin and Pedro did an amazing job ensuring we had a comfortable spot to spend our day whether that was at the main pool or the beautiful adults only preferred rooftop pool. We remembered Benjamin from our trip last June, he went above and beyond. The sommelier Luis helped us with picking a great spot for dinner as well as serving us Moët and Veuve he also hosts La Petite Chef animated dinner in the wine cellar, I highly recommend. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport which was very convenient on arrival and departure days. Kendor, Jorge, and Alexia were our pool side servers who made sure we had full drinks the entire day. I mentioned to Raul the food and beverage manager that I would like to see more drink options that includes fresh fruit vs syrup. The next thing you know I had a fresh Mango Margarita in my hand. This certainly made my day! Fishing charters are available thru Aqua world and pick up is right on the resorts private dock. The food and beverage manager Raul was very helpful in helping us choose where to have our dinners. There are many walk up lunch options. For dinner you have the buffet, Mexican, Asian, Italian, Mediterranean, and a steak house. Rooftop Prime steakhouse has beautiful view, food, and service. Luis, Patrick and Charlie made sure we had a memorable experience. You need reservations for this dinner. Don’t be discouraged if you have to wait. It is worth it! They make sure you receive 5 star service! This is a unique dinner option that I have not seen offered at other Dreams resorts. The rooftop Mediterranean is stunning for breakfast, wonderful servers and top shelf bar. I am glad we decided to make another trip to this resort, it exceeded our expectations and has done nothing but make improvements all around. The hotel is nice, but the beach area is disappointing because it’s small. There were not very many ocean water activities. The food and beverage was just okay. All in all, we had fun. The excursions we chose certainly made the trip memorable!

Resort was nice with great staff especially by the pool. Kendle, Rolando and Benjamin were amazing. Rooms were very nice and comfortable with the exception of no AC for the first night and until almost 4pm the next day. We finally had to change rooms. The first room we were moved to also did not have air conditioning. The second did but did ruin our first full day there. However, the staff was great about making up for the difficulties and making sure the rest of our stay was outstanding. Highly recommend Gladys and Alejandro in the Spa for massages. We attended a wedding for a friend’s daughter that was held at the resort and it was beautiful. The ceremony and the reception were executed very well. Overall we had a great time in a very nice resort

I booked a preferred club room, 6 days and, 5 nights with my 2 children. I am not recommended with family travel with kids under 18 upgraded to preferred club . But I highly recommend this resort, it has very good service and feels welcoming, the food was great recommend blue water grill and Himitsu restaurant. Alejandro he is absolutely great service at Himitsu , and Armando at blue water grill also best waiter .

We got married at Dreams Vista and had an amazing time. Our wedding Planner Giselle made our special day perfect, she planned everything exactly how we wanted and made sure the wedding process was as smooth as possible. And Jose from the 360 Rooftop Bar went above and beyond making his own personalized drinks and making our favorite drinks. He even came in on his day off to work and bartend at our wedding at our request. Although our A/C did not work in our first room we were quickly moved to an upgraded room. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The resort was very clean and had lots of activities to do throughout the week . Overall we had an amazing experience.
