I did reservation for a hotel and I paid.
The system changed the date for some season and I wasn’t able to change the date on the reservation.
I contacted to customer services and they said no able to contact to the hotel they no have correct number .I was talking to 3 different customer service representative nobody helped me
They said I’m not able to change date for my hotel reservations
I lost my money I will never use this company again

INCREDIBLE views is correct! 😍 Some of the common areas need to be updated (like missing ceiling tiles, so I had my doubts when I first walked around to get to my room) but I’m rating the room - you CANNOT beat the views and the service was GREAT! Very easy check in, fast communication and I absolutely LOVED the unit I was assigned. It has been COMPLETELY remodeled and will be staying here again. Room was very comfortable and well-equipped. Waking up to that view is the best thing and the pool is amazing as well. I give the host 10 stars for the quick responses/communication and checking in to see if I needed anything. Housekeeping was good. I felt at home and I’m looking forward to booking here again soon.

The location was beautiful and the pool was in a perfect position to see the beach while in the pool!
Security staff were amazing at keeping up on items and people during our stay, so that other visitors were comfortable and not doing something against any rules.
The room was nice but needed a few hours of work to get the ac working properly. A new coffee pot was requested (twice) but we weren’t able to get one as a replacement. Overall, the stay was perfect for the amount we paid and dispute the issues, would stay there again.
