Hotel Xbalamqué & Spa Cancún Centro Reviews

The service was very good. The location is excellent for my needs, as close to the bus station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and shopping nearby. The hotel restaurant has a very friendly staff. The food is good too.  It was my 4th stay at the hotel and I would stay there again.

I like the location, services n the traditional feel of the place. But ita lacks lots of amenities ( no water kettle, old tv, dusty ac, dirty pool, no hairdryer, loud bar at night.. but for 1 or 2 night n if u wanna go budget it was ok

Hi  Very easy check in. Hotel is  beautiful a real authentic Mexican feel. Staff were very helpful. Food was tasty and server very attentive.  Felt save there. I would visit again.

The room is very Mexican and has complete facilities. The hotel is very close to the ADO bus, and it only takes about seven minutes to walk there. It is very convenient to go to Tulum or Chichen Itza. In addition, there is a 711 convenience store nearby. If you have a craving for Chinese food, you can go to eat rice balls🍙 to satisfy your cravings.

The hotel is very central to the Palapas park and has good restaurant connections on the ground floor of the hotel complex. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Mayan atmosphere is a very elegant touch for tourists and I think that is a valuable attraction. The only thing that needs to be improved is the material in the rooms, such as a flat screen TV (without DTT mechanisms). Investment needs to be made to modernise the shower, bathroom and furniture.

The room is clean and beautiful. It is larger than other hotel rooms. The Mayan cultural theme is more creative. I am very satisfied~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The air conditioner only has cold air, and all toiletries are not available, and the sound insulation is poor

From the photos, we thought it would be a little more modern or current.
