設施：設施特別新，沒有味道
環境：環境特別好，
服務：到的比較晚，客房還給寫了一個小紙條，特別貼心
自助水果:贈送了水果拼盤，早餐很豐盛，寫的時間到9：30結束，差不多10點還有早餐，工作人員認真負責，現價比特別高的一次旅行

早餐很不錯，酒店是新裝修的，設施設備很新，打車出行很方便，周圍還有好幾個公園，用餐點外賣也很方便，前台楊哲小哥很耐心的介紹了滄州特色和出遊的地方、風景很好👍

第一次入住大運河酒店，房間的設施都很新，房間雖然是新開的酒店，但是沒有甲醛的味道，早餐也很豐盛，前台朱玉麗的服務很熱情，非常不錯的選擇

第二次住大運河酒店了，非常美的酒店，新中式風格，空間開闊，端莊大氣，上次秋天來時花園裡還仙氣飄飄，草坪上還有拍婚紗照的新郎新娘。2023年新開業的，設施都很新，但房間沒有裝修的味道。早餐也很豐富，種類很多，羊腸湯很美味，美中不足的是碗碟都很小。總之，從環境和服務來説，性價比真的很高了。前台人員也都男俊女美，尤其是李明府小帥哥，耐心解答問題，和藹可親。

酒店園林式的裝修風格很有特色，房間設施配備的非常齊全，衞生間都是乾濕分離的，房間面積寬敞，地下停車場可以免費停車，前台張雪梅服務非常周到入住後告知了酒店早餐的用餐時間地點還有網絡的密碼。

酒店新開業，裡邊的設備非常先進。服務標準也是很高。佔地面積很大，非常寬敞，樓下的花園還有江南氣質樓房，最高六層。大多數都衹有三層高，有點兒像阿房宮，員工服務非常積極主動，也有很有熱情，尤其是禮賓部的郭佳琪熱情介紹，前台的劉廣文直接給加了兩份兒早餐，讓我們的旅途變得更加愉快，房間設備很新，條件非常好。地理位置也非常方便，去城裡逛也是非常便利，郭佳琪推薦的當地食物及遊覽的三個樓也是非常正確選擇。有機會還會去在那邊去住，感覺很不錯。缺點就是抽煙的客人比較多，讓樓道裡邊的味道不是太好。客房部的主管很耐心的聽取我的意見，並答應向上層反饋。

酒店無論是地理位置還是硬件設施都很令人滿意！適合商務、個人旅行。酒店緊鄰大工業遺跡、園博園，步行均可到達。酒店門僮、客房服務員都很禮貌親切。
唯一的建議是前台服務人員還需提升技能，辦理業務不要太趕，要服務好每一位顧客並對入住客人簡單介紹餐飲並指引入住路徑，畢竟不是每一位顧客都曾經入住過對酒店尚不熟悉。

一點不誇張有一根捲毛在枕頭下面而且我之前告訴服務生了我説要一個安靜的房間服務生各種吵，然後隔音太差了非常不值得推薦的酒店
