Rooms are modern and decorated nicely and appointed with the necessary items- coffee Pod machine , kettle, fridge.
The hot tub was a hit and has a view to die for looking at the 3 sisters.
Rooms are quiet from road and train noise.
Beds are comfortable and the pillows were nice and full.

Wonderful experience at Lamphouse by Basecamp. It’s a functional motel with modern design that is impeccably clean! The bonus is it’s strategically located, close to everything needed and provides a free parking space that is much needed

Great location, next to downtown grizzly paw brewery
Friendly staff
Free parking
Room was cozy and very clean especially the bathroom
A little outdoor hot tub for guests to use
No elevator but stairs are convenient
Had to get door code by email after check in time to open room door

Great room at a great price. The location was also great, if only we had had more time and warmer weather to explore. The coffee shop looked lovely as well, but we didn't get a chance to try it because of our arrival/departure times. We were very excited about the outdoor hot tub, so we were disappointed to find it was closed upon our arrival. This happens so frequently on our trips across Canada though, so we weren't overly surprised. I have some sort of bad luck jinx when it comes to hot tubs!

Good location just few steps away from the main street of the town of Canmore. Affordable choice for peak season travel in Banff and Canmore.

This hotel offers great value for the price. If you're planning to visit Canmore, Banff, and Lake Louise and don’t mind driving up to 2 extra hours round-trip, this is an excellent option. The accommodation is comfortable and includes coffee, a microwave, a smart TV, and free parking. There are also several restaurants and shops nearby.
