"This hotel was conveniently placed in Canmore. The part of the hotel that we were in was a much dirtier part of the hotel. Our room had a dirty chair cloth chair that I’m not even sure what was on it, we did not use it. The pillows were terrible and the blanket was sort of a duvet cover but not really. The insert came out. I was in a friends room which was bigger and cleaner"

The staff were very nice. The only thing I was displeased with, was not being able to get any refund. We had to leave after our 2nd night of a 5 night stay. I understand that the hotel had every right not to grant the request, but even a refund for one of the three remaining nights would have been appreciated."

"Cabins were clean, Bed OK, Kitchen small but well stocked. Bathroom is very small. Almost have to back in to use the toilet or take a shower. I don't think there is an AC and it got quite hot one night. The towels were on the thin side. But we still enjoyed the cabins."

"Location was great - 5mins walk to supermarket; 10-15mins walk to town centre of Canmore. We did check in and out via the link they sent us so we didn't meet any staffs - feels more like airbnb👍🏽 Room was clean and has everything it stated on trip.com. We can hear sounds from upper level when they walk/anyone stairs up - it didn't bother us as it usually happened during daytime when staffs were doing housekeeping. We will definitely be back to stay again💯"

We stayed in a two-bedroom unit with a fully equipped kitchen, including a large washer and dryer, which was incredibly convenient for families! Just remember to wash your dishes in the dishwasher and throw dirty towels in the bathtub before leaving, or you'll be charged a $50 fee. Overall, it met our needs perfectly."

"The room is perfect for families as it’s spacious. The one we stayed in can accommodate up to six people, making it a great option for larger groups. Although it’s not located right in downtown Canmore, it’s only a short drive away. Our room also had a kitchen, which is perfect if you prefer to cook your own meals. Basic cooking utensils, such as pans, are provided, although some of them are a little worn and could be updated. The room itself is a little dated, and some of the chairs had damaged surfaces. It would also be better if the reception opened earlier, as it was still closed when we wanted to speak to someone at 8:15 a.m. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here."
