"The room was great. The whole experience makes us felt like home, and we could definitely want to stay there for a long time if we can. The best place for families for sure. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!"

"Very bad experience at Reception. A rude receptionist of Indian bs ground. Not a problem with her heavy accent but she didn’t have the vocabulary to explain where can I ark the car . She draw in a map something that sent me 10 minutes walk on a dark street. She didn’t explain that our room is not on same location as reception. During this time she yawned twice. When we asked for clarification she said she already explained and asked if we have questions?! Are you guys kidding me? I understand the hotel can’t afford to pay Canadians but why don’t they hire competent people?! At checked out she was on duty again. She didn’t greet anyone and she was listening music. I travelled a lot (not in Indian) and I never have seen such an employee on this industry. lol"
