This hotel is lovely and in a fabulous location. We were upgraded on arrival to a beautiful spacious room, very appreciated. The bed was comfy the aircon was excellent. We had a lovely Juliet balcony as well. The shower had good water pressure it just took a while to warm up. On arrival we received complimentary processco, some nibbles and water, together with two very nice plastic type tote bags! The hotel and room was always spotless. We found the staff to not be overly friendly, barely acknowledge you when you arrived from a day out or when you left. If you asked for some assistance they would be somewhat helpful. We didn't think much of breakfast they ran out of hot foods, ie eggs and bacon quite quickly as only small portions were cooked at a time. The positive of that was that the food was always hot and it was tasty. The juices etc were still in the box containers which I thought was odd. It certainly is a nice hotel in a great area.

The hotel has got a great location - 5 minute walk from beach, shops and restaurants are around, it is close to the city center, however, the surroundings is calm and quiet. Perfect for the stay with little kids. Our room was always clean. Breakfast was Ok, rich, everything regularly supplied so that nothing of the sortiment would run out. Everyone could choose what he liked. However, I would prefer if it varied a little more - the sortiment of the breakfast was the same everyday. The owners and the staff were very pleasant and always ready to help, it felt as a really welcoming place. There is a little fridge in the room and a kettle to prepare tea, however, plastic cups for one time use only were provided.

No pizza for breakfast although they have written it on the Homepage. Breakfast on the weekend with fresh panini, during the week only white bread. Hair dryer was loose. Service was great. Very tidy rooms and although it was a short trip we received every day fresh towels. Sunbed on beach was included. A swimming pool would have been nice :)

Hotel molto accogliente e personale gentilissimo! Tutto molto organizzato, camera nuova, molto grande e pulitissima. Colazione abbondante con ottimo cibo, scelta di dolci incredibile, tutto buonissimo e servizio impeccabile del personale di sala. Grazie perchè siamo state davvero bene!!

Bella struttura, ben posizionata. Camera doppia non molto ampia ma molto funzionale. Camere e ambienti comuni puliti , personale qualificato e cordiale. Servizio di reception preciso e competente. Colazione abbondante e gustosa. Ci ritornerò

Già dal primo contatto via mail si evinceva, gentilezza e professionalità, confermate in loco. Ci si sente in un clima del tutto familiare. Ci è stata assegnata la stanza Tropical, molto graziosa e pulizia ottimale. Colazione per tutti i gusti con vasta possibilità di scelta. Ad un passo dal centro. Servizio biciclette non usufruito, ma lo consiglio visto le ciclabili ben organizzate di Caorle. Servizio spiaggia apprezzato. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, top!

Hotel fantastico colazione ottima .posto meraviglioso.non lontano dal centro e spiaggia . Unica pecca che non fanno pensione completa . pero la colazione e molto buona .anbbiamo anche aprezxato la pulizia sala colazione e camera saluti.gio ammi .
