The property itself is nice, and the room was very spacious and comfortable.
There were a couple of items we thought could be better:
- the walls are very thin, we could easily hear people both in the hallways and in the adjoining rooms.
- the room was very large but the only seating area was the bed or two single chairs. There was plenty of room for a loveseat or chaise where my wife and I could have sat together. Sitting on the bed got uncomfortable after a while.
- the heat was hard to regulate and was very loud when it kicked on.
- the toilet did not fully flush all the time
Other than these items we enjoyed our stay very much.

A great place for some winter solitude would definitely return again..only negative was that you need a Master degree to watch the flat screen TV.

Stayed in the offsite penthouse condo. Recently renovated with plenty of room, full kitchen with separate bedroom and living room. Living room has large sliders overlooking the ocean. Great view and easy access to beach just across the street. People at check in and out extremely nice and very accommodating.

We were never informed that there is construction going on. We arrived in our room to find a huge crane blocking our ocean view. Hotel staff tried to charge us to change rooms and refused to refund our room so we could leave. Front desk could not give the name of a manager to call.We have been coming here for 10 years a few time a year. Never coming back.
