I stayed for one week, the hotel is close to the airport, no many places to go around. Inside, there is a bar, breakfast is basic, wi-fi is limited. For few days, is OK.

Absolutely great location, just a block from the main square but very quite as the rooms face inwards away from the street. Rooms are well spaced but not large, bathroom has a shower and bath and the the rooms cleaning is good. Front desk very helpful. Breakfast adequate without being special but plenty to eat. Nice touch of coffee and tea available 24 hrs by the breakfast room…..they don’t tell you. Would stay here again and recommend.

Balcon La Plaza - perfect central location off the main square in Salta. The room was a little small but well equipped. The reception has a nice seating area off it to cool off a bit after walking in the sun. Excellent WiFi. Pleasant buffet breakfast. An enjoyable stay.

Overall, I would recommend the hotel for a place to stay in Salta. Other than having some issues with their internet, all was very good

The Balcon De La Plaza is perfectly situated next to the central square of Salta within easy reach of all the tourist sites. It has a cheap car park next door for those who are driving. It is an interesting building which is full of character. The rooms are spaced well apart along a central corridor. Our room had an external terrace which was shared with another room. There was virtually zero noise from the street guaranteeing a good nights sleep. The rooms were clean and comfortable with king size beds and good air conditioning, i suggest they were at a good 3 star level. The staff were helpful and went the extra mile, for example by helping us with some currency exchange. No complaints and I am pleased we selected this hotel.

Really nice and cozy boutique hotel. Just 1 block from the town square, and 5 blocks away from the best restaurants in town. Employees are extremely friendly and very helpful. Bed is huge. Room is quiet. Recomended!

Probably the best boutique hotel you will ever stay at in Salta. Excellent staff and front desk. Extremely competent and knowledgeable. Excellent location just off the square. Excellent breakfast, eggs made to order. Very nice room and comfortable bed.
