Wow!!!! This place is absolutely incredible. Not only can the view not be beat, and the restaurant menu is out of this world, but above all, the staff is the friendliest of anywhere we’ve stayed! The girls are truly so kind and warm and welcoming. The food is amazing, the rooms are huge and adjoining so perfect for bringing kids!! I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful and accommodating this beautiful hotel is. Right on the beach with a well-kept path straight down, outdoor hot tubs that are heated by coals(!!), a perfect fireplace inside the dining area, and excellent communication and attentiveness! We will definitely be back! Thank you to everyone at Hotel Alaia!

Paradise found! The Alaia Hotel is a special place. Kind people, delicious organic food, and perfect rooms. All right in front of perfect surf. Was able to rent a short board and surf! Thank you for an amazing experience! We will be back again!

Great hotel, stayed for a few days while surfing in Pichilemu. Rooms and location are great, food and drink also excellent but what stands out is the staff who couldn’t do enough to help and were just hospitable and great all round. Communications was excellent…..as good as it gets and I have stayed in millions of hotels with work. If you’re a couple or family you’ll love it. For me…a great solo visit to un wind and just surf.

NIce hotel and exquisite location. Room are spacious, nice little deck facing ocean. Excellent food on beach( indepeandant) and hotel. Great personalize service with Ignacia. Well prepared a la carte breakfast ( included ) Rooms might need a little touch up but ocean does not help.

We visited Alaia with my wife and daughter and was fantastic. The architecture let you feel as you were part of the Ocean Pacific... Located in front of Punta de Lobos, Pichilemu, Capital of Surf of Chile, you are an spectator of the beauty and power of Pichilemu waves, black sand, wind and nature. The service of Alaia was really good, specially the service of Luis from Concierge. Was my mother birthday that weekend, and she came over to have dinner with us, Luis secretly organized an special dessert for her and they came with the restaurant staff to sing for her. That kind of details is not common to see in Chilean hospitality industry. Well done Alaia! We will return!

We stayed at Hotel Alaia for 5 nights for our honeymoon after hiking Patagonia. We try to stay in 4 and 5 stars only for the service and the food. We were looking for a quiet and remote location to enjoy beach walks, quiet and good food before returning to New York. The staff at Hotel Alaia were all wonderful - accommodating, warm and genuine. We like our food and elevated cuisine and Hotel Alaia's restaurant delivered - there was enough choice for the 5 days and nights to where we didn't have any repeats and the chef cooked both meat and seafood to perfection. The bartender makes an amazing coconut mojito too! The daytime cafe towards the beach had incredibly delicious burgers and ceviche. All rooms face the beach and are spacious, clean and quiet and refined yet beachy. There isn't much to do around town but we were happy to spend 5 days at Alaia enjoying the property and the beach. All in all a wonderful stay at Hotel Alaia and would definitely recommend!

Sin dudas uno de los mejores hoteles de Chile. Atención increíble. Lugar soñado. Comida excelente. Todo impecable. Destaco las habitaciones super amplias, muy completas y con una vista increíble. El hotel tiene muchas actividades para disfrutar en pareja o en familia.

Muy bueno! La habitación impecable, el desayuno muy bueno, la vista que tiene es una de las mejores. Caro, pero vale la pena pagar por este hotel. Lo único a criticar es el ruido de un helicóptero que se sentía extremadamente cerca. Por lo demás, recomendable altamente.
