Hotel is starting to show its age, however, absolutely nothing to complain about! Great Service. Considerate employees. Ample security. Only complaint would be the ****** is Chinese, so I had no idea how to play any of their games. Probably a good thing! Saved me money! Also, we had a two room suite, however, the rooms only had one television in one of the bedrooms. I would recommend having a tv in each room.

The stay was really nice and pleasant. I would definitely recommend going here. Good complimentary bf and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very welcoming and they even upgraded our room. Only cons is that the hotel is 30 mins away from LA and 50mins from Universal studios if there is traffic.

Good hotel close to highway. Free secure parking is provided which is a plus. Very nice sunset view from the room. Breakfast needs to be improved.

The room was okay. The sheets were paper thin, you could see through them to the mattress. The mattress itself was hard, In pregnant and woke up with a sore body. The bathroom had a hole above the shower, and the toilet was stained as if it had been sprayed with cleaner but not scrubbed. Breakfast was okay, if you like cereal and freshly made waffles.

Great hotel to stay. Large space to take a walk around the hotel. Great view that I can see almost every scenery in the surroundings, mountains, bridges and beach. Although it is not near downtown, there are covenient stores and MC-Donald near it. Also food is delicious in this hotel.

The K mattress & pillows were very comfortable. The room was very spacious & quiet. Cynthia from front desk was very accommodating for my request & had a great stay. The staff were friendly, courteous & efficient. The gated covered parking came in handy for the storm & I appreciate they have 3 well functioning luggage carts for guest use. Gateway Towne Center is within walking, 1 block to Best Buy, Marshalls, etc.

Quick check-in and friendly service, great location and close to local amenities and transport links to downtown la and long beach. My booking also had free complimentary buffet breakfast, which had cooked meats and fresh fruit and juices and tea and coffee.

Great hotel! Convenient parking (locked with gates), clean, good amenities (iron, fridge, coffee maker with coffee and teas, hairdryer, iron, shared microwave), very good breakfast (cereals, yogurt, fruits, waffles, eggs and sausage patties, bagels and cream cheese). Also, it has onsite restaurant with a 50% dining offer for guests.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, the position was really far from the main attractions of LA, we also had breakfast but was a pretty poor buffet, with few options. The furniture was a little old style and in general the style of the structure was just… ugly. Also the temperature of the room was really high, even if we turned the heat off. It’s ok for small trip.

Carpet is very dirty. Needs immoderate replacement. Bathroom floor is always sticky. Breakfast is not good for vegan. Front desk never picks the intercom phone. We stayed 4 nights and it was bad decision and waste of money.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel facilities are outdated, the service is not in place, and the bedbug bites are itchy and painful. When I first checked in, I wondered why the occupancy rate was low. After I checked out, I was bitten by bedbugs in many places, which made me have a psychological shadow on staying in hotels.
