My wife and I had a terrible experience at this hotel! We do not recommend it to ANYONE! First I say the good, and without a doubt that the location is fantastic. In the Getsemaní neighborhood but away from all the noise and very close to the city center. Everything else was terrible!
1) Our bathroom had a broken hand sink, in conclusion, water was dripping and as such we had the bathroom and bedroom floor wet all the time!
2) the precision of the shower is terrible, the holes are practically all covered because they are so dirty and that is why the water does not come out properly.
3) the TV connection in the room was not good either, which resulted in us not being able to watch TV properly at any time.
4)) the breakfast is a disaster (make sure you go with plenty of time for breakfast) the service is RE slow, the orders come out of order and the kindness is not visible. I had to wait over 30 minutes for an omelet!!!
5) in the photos there is a swimming pool in the hotel! Is a gotcha! Is a lie! There is no swimming pool at this hotel!
We spent 4 days in this hotel! From the first day we alerted the staff of these problems, they did not fix anything! They didn't change our room! They did not try anything to fix and/or improve the situation. Terrible, a big NO to this place!
