Well was just a 2 days but all the hotel service was 5 stars. Very good place to stress out in the weekend with a good spa , interior pool and of course good view.

For a 5-star hotel, I thought the facilities were those of a 4-star hotel.
This hotel is in need of renovation, both in the rooms and in the Salinas restaurant, where breakfast is served.
The floor of the room where I stayed has a very worn covering, and the sofa needs to be replaced.
As for the breakfast room, practically all the chairs have their upholstery down.
In my opinion, they should invest in renewing the infrastructure, because the Hotel has an excellent location.

I had to make a complaint about the condition of the shower and sink, in which the shower head had been changed but water was coming out of the sink tube due to lack of maintenance and damage to the tube.
For the price you pay, the hotel should have better maintenance

Stayed for 10 nights near the end of season in a deluxe studio room, the room was large, had a balcony and a small kitchenette. The flooring was very odd and in many places grotty and dated - not like some of the pictures I have seen online and not what would be expected at a 5* hotel. The room was cleaned daily but was inconsistent, sometimes there would be small chocolates and other times there was not, often the coffee pods were not refilled. The bathroom can only be described as dated, it was large and had a shower, bath, and large sink I have had better service and facilities at 3* hotels in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and overall room atmosphere. Breakfast could not be faulted, quality hot and cold foods with brilliant service on drinks - the water glasses are tiny but expected at hotel buffets! The downstairs bar area lacks character and often feels cold and dead, the seating areas are uninviting with seats over 3ft apart so you'd have to shout across to have a conversation. Loud live music was nice but appeared to put people off as there was even less chance of holding any conversation! Staff were friendly and had competent English skills (less can be said for my Portuguese ability!) and easy to get any necessary extras such as an iron. The drinking facilities of a morning outside breakfast are very welcomed.

I recently spent 2 nights here with my friend. We had such an amazing time, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything is perfect, from the amazing room with a view over the peninsula to the wonderful staff who were all so welcoming and kind. The pool area is top class and the food and drinks were so so good. Special mention to Tiago on front desk who put a lovely sweet treat in our room and Tomas in the pool are who was so friendly. There was such a nice energy about the hotel and we can’t wait to return.

This hotel is located beside the marina offering breathtaking views. My room was nice, quite new and big. The buffet at breakfast was good offering a variety of options but the omelette area took a while as it was the most popular and my coffee took a while to arrive. The pool is very nice located on the 3rd floor. The restaurant by the pool is great for burgers, sandwiches, pizzas etc. The staff are super.
