I realize english is a second language, but we had trouble with communications. At dinner, there were 2 of us... we ordered 1 appetizer, 1 salad, 1 dinner to split. We NEVER said two. 1 person ordered. 2 appetizers came out, we called them over to explain and we then thought they understood. 1 salad came out, but then 2 dinner plates came out. I'm not sure if we got 2, or the kitchen put on 2 plates. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Salmon bow ties pasta was not very good at all. Service was poor with a lack of attention given to us and our needs. The hotel was conveniently located, that is why we chose it. The shower was way too small and hard to manage.

A short 1 night stay is about all you should go for. Functional hotel. No lift, bed sheets not clean. Chair on room covered in hard plastic. Room large, good shower. Large tv. No English Channel. Breakfast - extremely basic. Coffee undrinkable tar from a vending machine. About €25 to go to airport.

Stayed here as a last minute booking near the airport as the photos and reviews were great… the facility is in good condition but it is not near much within walking distance. The two downsides were there was no working elevator and the water did not get hot in the shower.

The service woman in the breakfast kitchen was very helpful with friendly face; therefore, I have her a good tip. The room was really modern with everything looked brand new.

SCONSIGLIO COME STRUTTURA!! Ragazzi/e hotel pessimo , ho pernottato nella struttura per una camera doppia dove non c’erano prese elettriche bensì solo 1 dove non funzionava nemmeno, frigo bar nemmeno 1 bottiglia d’acqua all’intero per riceverne una bottiglia mezz’ora di attesa. lenzuola del 700 mai viste così scadenti in vita mia. Ho pagato una colazione a letto dove non mi è arrivata ed in più il personale poco professionali e scadenti in tutti sensi. Non andate in questo hotel dormire in auto e meglio.

Very poorly cleaned rooms without essential elements. Bathroom without a support point, non-existent sockets, same bathroom light, no lift... Passable dinner, breakfast, there was no tea bag. Hotel very close to the airport so zero tranquility...

Disappointing! We stayed for a few days and they were horrible!! We immediately encountered various problems. The first night we had to deal with bed mites, mosquitoes and various insects. Going down to reception we found the staff rude and without mosquito or insect spray!! Shabby food and always served cold by rude waiters. Even worse for the room! The only livable ones were the suites, in the others it was a nigh**are! The bathroom door was broken as was the air conditioner, the hairdryer didn't work (these things were fixed only after several recalls). The bed mattress was uncomfortable and not very clean, furthermore the position of the sockets was inconvenient for more people! one was next to the bed and one in the bathroom!!!! The light in the bathroom was so dim that we practically showered in the dark, and toilet paper was never replenished. We noticed the lack of safes!!! During the day we left the closed suitcases in the room and when we returned the room was dirty and we found the suitcases open (luckily we had no valuables in the suitcases). It would have been handy to have a second key since without it you were completely in the dark!! From the other rooms you could hear everything, so it was impossible to have privacy or rest! The overall service was good apart from one of the managers who often and repeatedly responded poorly to our requests. Not recommended sorry!!!!
