Had the best stay! The service by far exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the rooms and the whole hotel was exceptional! The food was incredible at every meal and Mario and Antonio were fabulous servers. Alberto the owner always was so accommodating and gracious and did everything with the most beautiful smile. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else and can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Words cannot express the beauty of Ischia! And you get to experience not only the beauty of the island at Hotel Sirena Villa but the best hospitality experience I have ever had! I can say that I felt a sense of home and warmth! Alberto and his staff work hard to provide the very best! The food is amazing- the rooms are cleaned with care - the thermal spa was healing! Today I had to make the journey heading home - and tonight I miss Ischia!

This was my first time in Italy and by far the best trip I've ever taken because of the great staff at this amazing hotel that took so much care of us!! After 1 week with the amazing staff I almost cried because I truly felt like I was leaving family! Alberto was amazing and tended to everything we needed and more just to make our stay more comfortable and everything seamless for us from trips to recommendations to scheduling activities and all sorts of things it was amazing! Antonio and Mario were the most fun I've had with 2 meals a day with the most amazing diverse food ever!!! OMG! We stayed so comfortably with the thermal spa open 24 hours a day! Such a great things to come back to as it's to notch!! I want to come back again very soon!! Should be your #1 choice for Italy! From here they lined up day trips travel and more!!

I just stayed 7 days here and I am blown away by the hospitality and love by all the staff here. Everyone was super nice, accommodating, and went ABOVE and beyond to give us the BEST experience in our stay at Ischia. Food was delicious. Rooms were clean. Views were splendid! The thermal spa was amazing to start and end the days! Alberto, the owner, made it super seamless to get to various destinations we had planned throughout our stay. Always made sure we were fed well and happy, and you can see he does it with love and passion. I can’t wait to come visit Alberto and his team again! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Grateful to have stayed here - they made this trip super special! Grazie!

If you want THE perfect place to stay in Ischia, with the most amazing hospitality and service, then you will find it in abundance at Hotel Villa Sirena. Alberto and his team, including cleaners and waiting-on staff are all SO polite and make you feel that they are there for your every need.

What a fantastic hotel Villa Sirena is. Me and my partner was given a warm welcome by Alberto who greeted us at the gates. He helped us with our luggage, offered us a drink and showed us round the hotel as well as explaining to us what different trips were available. They offer a shuttle bus at a scheduled time where they take you the town centre of Lacco Ameno where there are restaurants and shops, and they pick you up too. There are also thermal pools within the hotel which I highly recommend which is included in the price when you book. It also has a roof top terrace with a jacuzzi where you can relax and take in the beautiful scenery. The food is delicious too, which I highly recommend you eat at the restaurant. Alberto and the team are amazing and I look forward to returning. Grazie (Camera 103)

This sweet island will light up your senses! No need to fret from the moment you land as Alberto and Donatella’s Arrangements are awaiting: taxi/ferry tickets /Arnoldo waiting at port. Enjoy a Short pretty ride (well gets hairy too on mountainous ways) and then instantly….. A comfortable feeling of serenity when you walk into the veranda at Villa Sirena. Feels like old friends as Alberto calls out a friendly ‘Hi!’ Donatella saves the ‘mishap shoe’ day. Alberto repairs a torn travel bag. The family is asking if you’d like a cappuccino. Rooms are immaculate and neat. Full breakfasts and plentiful, fresh from their farm, dinners served by kind Mario (and Alberto’s scurrying around) —waiting for your food taste approval. DO. see the island the villa Sirena way. Daily excursions and they will let you know how/when/where to start out and return. We took advantage early in the morning and late at night to soak in thermal waters,, both in the hotel and rooftop in the hot tub. Until next time

This family run hotel makes every effort to make your stay relaxing,safe,fun and enjoyable. Local knowledge is great and they have a shuttle service to many of the wonderful areas on the island. Even went on a hike to a remote restaurant! Fantastic

They entire experience was wonderful. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The owner and his wife were welcoming and accommodating. The food was delicious- dinner was a choice of 2 pastas and a fish or chicken course. Alberto, the owner, filleted my fish tableside after he saw my poor attempt to define it! The servers were wonderful. The thermal mineral pull, with cascading water and jets, was the perfect place to relax. Followed that up with a cave steam room and hot/ cold walking pool. So relaxing! One day was spent at the beach. The hotel dropped me off at 10:30 and picked me up at 5:30. Seasons is a delightful restaurant and resort on the beach. You can rent a chair and umbrella for €10. Alberto made sure I had rides to the ferry and from the ferry to the train station. I will return to Hotel Villa Sirena!
