Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura sabato 14 siamo arrivati dopo mezzanotte ed abbiamo prenotato la camera spa ed una camera a tema . Questa era la seconda volta, la prima volta era andato tutto bene , ma questa volta devo dire che ci sono stati dei problemi nella camera spa la vasca idromassaggio non funzionava ed avendola pagata al nostro arrivo , il giorno dopo ci aspettavamo quanto meno un buono da parte della struttura per averci recato comunque un danno, non solo , oltre a questo abbiamo anche dovuto attendere per ricevere la bottiglia di prosecco prevista all’interno, insomma una serie di ritardi dovuti ad una mancanza di personale che di sabato sera devo dire è del tutto impensabile ! Ad ogni modo mi sembra assurdo il fatto che fino all’una di notte nessuno si sia accorto del mal funzionamento della vasca ! Sono rimasta molto delusa !

È una bella struttura, personale discreto ma ho trovato capelli tra le lenzuola e tanta tanta polvere, con un po do attenzione in più sulla pulizia sarebbe una struttuta perfetta. Per l'estate 2024 penso di tornarci

Non ci sono parole per esprimere la mia gratitudine nei confronti del personale di questo magnifico hotel. Ho prenotato 18 camere per gli invitati del mio matrimonio che si è svolto in Campania ed è stato tutto una meraviglia. Pulizia ottima, precisione in tutto, professionalità e cordialità. Cibo ottimo. Non solo l’hotel è meraviglioso, pulitissimo e con camere spaziose, il parcheggio è grande e comodo, ma il punto forte della struttura è la gentilezza di tutto lo staff, mi sono sentita coccolata e non vedo l’ora di tornare a Napoli per soggiornare nuovamente qui

Ci siamo trovati benissimo spa (3 ore di completo relax), cena in camera buonissima e di ottima qualità!! Anche la Colazione non é da meno, abbondante e con prodotti buonissimi! Personale accogliente e gentilissimo! Consigliato! Torneremo!
