We had a fantastic 4 night stay in the annexe in the maxima room. It was absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable. A very nice coffee machine that dispensed instant hot water was a nice touch, and the bathroom wow! A wonderfully powerful shower, bathrobes on the back of the door and luxurious fluffy towels. What more could you want? The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful even recommending places to visit which were not a disappoin**ent. The position of the hotel is perfect with an ample car park that has electric charging. Across the road and you’re straight into Swansea’s bars and restaurants or behind the hotel across the bridge into the marina area with its bars and restaurants. It’s the perfect location for visiting the Gower peninsula and not too far is the botanical gardens too. The breakfast was outstanding and definitely worth going for. All in all an amazing stay.

A wonderful hotel ! A comfortable bed and room and lovely staff. Breakfast was amazing as was the evening meal . Easy access and within easy reach of the town centre amenities and facilities . Mandy at breakfast was super helpful as was Hayley on reception .

I had a wedding to attend which was a beautiful thing, the way it was set up was genuinely beautiful. The hotel room was stunning, clean and didn’t feel like a hotel room, it felt almost homely. Staff were amazing too and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in.

I was having a stressful day followed by a 4-hour drive to get to Swansea for a meeting before arriving at Morgans Hotel. I was greeted by Amy who was a Joy and a delight as well as extremely professional. She made the checking in process painless and explained everything to me, booked my table for dinner and showed me to my room. I immediately relaxed into the comfort and style of my room and would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Our trip to Swansea foe our anniversary was made even more memorable by our stay here in Morgans, the Henry belle suite was immaculate and enormous coupled with the amazing and friendly staff it made our stay really special. A special thank you to Hayley Bryant who was a delight and a pleasure to meet she made is so welcome from start to finish. We will be back to the only hotel to stay in, in swansea da Iawn Morgans x diolch Kevin and Sarah.

Heart of Oak room was fantastic. Wonderful bathroom with free standing bath and also a huge shower. Excellent reception staff making arrival and check in very friendly. Comfortavle bed and we were lucky enough to be upgraded. Sadly breakfast wasnt included but we found a cracking breakfast at the Brewstone. Our 3rd time at Morgan's and will be back.

I must have mentioned it was my sisters birthday because there was a plate of delicious brownies waiting for us in our room with a card. Its little touches like that and the attentiveness of all their staff that makes Morgans a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend 👌

Loved our stay recently in the Zita room it was amazing like the rest of the hotel with original features everywhere. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice too, can't fault naything really and would love to return sometime. Thank you
