Difficult to check-in and get access. Owner is extremely difficult to deal with. You have to pay 10 Euros to get sheets for the 2nd bed even if booked for 2 people. Site is a construction zone and pictures are misleading. Inside the room everything is constructed of plywood, on the cheap, even shower stalls, countertops, not enough toilet paper, etc. Front door lock broken, bath sink didn't drain, kitchen faucet loose, coffee pot broken, etc. The location is excellent and the beds comfortable and good hot water in the shower but water goes everywhere. You will get NO service at all.

Merita il massimo dei voti. Appartamento e ambienti a comune veramente stupendi niente è lasciato al caso. Spazi ampi e ottima pulizia. Posizione eccellente e cordialità completano il tutto. Veramente una perla nel centro storico di Catania.

Struttura centrale e vicina ai servizi principali. Appartamenti grandi e ristrutturati ma mancanti di tante piccole accortezze. Non c’era uno specchio, un appendiabiti e questo mi ha costretta a lasciare tutto in valigia facendomi sentire molto a disagio. Il bidet cadeva a pezzi e la corrente salta ogni due per tre. Per non parlare della scortesia della Signora. Poco cordiale e poco accogliente. Colazione povera e senza accortezze come marmellate/creme mono dose per questioni igieniche, ogni richiesta sembrava un dramma. Non ci ritornerei

Posizione eccellente centralissima, si possono raggiungere a piedi tutte le zone più importanti di Catania. Appartamenti all’ interno di un palazzo storico dal fascino unico. Il nostro appartamento Ametista era grande, ben curato e pulito. Staff gentile. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora D’Aria. Grazie ancora

Für unseren spontanen Kurzurlaub haben wir ein Zimmer im Casa Daria gebucht. Dieses hat sich als absoluter Glücksfall erwiesen. Die Unterkunft wurde von der Besitzerin Daria liebevoll saniert und eingerichtet. Der Kontakt war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen Aufenthalt in einer authentischen und facettenreichen Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
