My husband and I went to Peru for our honeymoon and only stayed here one night but we wished it was more! The hotel sits on beautiful grounds and is very romantic and charming. When we arrived, the staff had set up a surprise honeymoon treat for us in our room, complete with a nice note, which was so special! The staff were so warm and kind and we felt very welcomed. The room was large and very comfortable. My husband woke up early to bird watch and was able to see a lot of bird varieties just on the grounds! We were able to walk to the city center within 10 minutes. Breakfast was delicious! We definitely will return.

EXCELENTE SERVICIO NOELI, PAOLA Y ELI super buenas anfitrionas. Fuimos a una despedida de soltera y nos ayudaron con todo, con cada detalle para la novia. Además olvide mi cargador y me ayudaron a enviármelo a Arequipa ciudad. Asimismo, las mantas eléctricas son deliciosas hacen que no tengas nada de frío por la noche Como oportunidades de mejora, los panqueques del desayuno no estaban muy ricos. Pero SUPER recomendado!!

If you want to take your shower with cold water let’s go you will be at the right place Plus it is far from the plaza central so if you want to have dinner near the central place and you need to walk there after the sun down myself I would not like it at all

Casa Andina is a charming hotel a few minutes walk from the town square. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend staying overnight in Chivay (we stayed two nights) instead of trying to visit Colca Canyon on a day trip from Arequipa.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are comfortable and clean. There’s heating in the bedrooms which is great given that is gets very cold at night in Chivay. The hotel also offers the best customer service. Noeli at reception is amazing. She was extremely attentive and helpful. The food at the restaurant is also great, so it’s worth eating there.

As a family, we stayed for one week. The staff were SO nice and always helpful. The accommodations were clean and all we needed. The food and beverage as well as the servers were excellent. I definitely recommend Casa Andina in Chivay, Peru.

I stayed at Casa Andina Colca one night. Staff was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed to feel better due to the altitude. Nohe even surprised me with a dessert for my birthday! Thank you so much.

The staff at Casa Andina Cola was very helpful and greeted you with a smile from the moment I checked in, through out my stay and check out. Had a couple of times that I eat at the inside restaurant (beside the times breakfast was included) and the menu was diverse, great portions and great taste. Definitely recommend Casa Andina when staying at Colca.

We arrived late afternoon & left the next morning. The rooms, in fact the entire hotel is done with local rustic materials, which just fitted in so nicely. The staff went out of their way & All staff we encountered were excellently trained & did their utmost. However, Noeli in the reception stood out, as I had to have a bag repaired at the local evening market. She is indeed a great example of how well trained the hotel staff is. We enjoyed several hours of walking & sightseeing in the cute little town & clocked some steps after a long day in a car. We also enjoyed a very nice & reasonably priced dinner in the hotel restaurant.
