Firstly, I'd like to address that the hotel experience isn't as negative as some reviews might suggest. While it may not meet the standards of a 5-star establishment, there are aspects worth acknowledging. Despite consistently encountering cold food, we found that waiting for freshly prepared dishes or requesting them directly from the kitchen improved the dining experience, and the meals themselves were enjoyable. However, the state of the lobby toilets leaves much to be desired. Additionally, the staff would benefit from English language training. As for the rooms, they were adequate, neither exceptional nor disappointing. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel, but for a few nights it was ok.

this hotel has got to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in , it was sold as a 5 star all inclusive hotel it was a two-star at best , it was dirty the food was uneatable, always cold . they did not cater for the British at all , it was full of Russians, we complained to the management about the food but our complaint fell on deaf ears they didn't give a dam. we are in the process of contacting rip off Britton , you have been warned

The pictures have nothing with reality! I’ll be there with my girlfriend for 7 nights but we left the hotel after 2 days! Everything is disgusting! The hotel room not cleaned, lobby bar have nothing normal to drink - everything is cheap! In whole hotel smells of cooking and frying because they dont use ventilation! The restaurant is small and there are no seats for all hotel guests! The menu is poor, tables is greasy and dirty. Staff not looking hygienic, not smiling and responsive! Pool is small and there are not enough sunbeds for all guests! When you go to the beach you have to go through an old and unsafe metal frame over the highway ! Thats my experience with this disgusting hotel!!!

Approached along a wide alley behind a petrol (gas) station doesn't make for a grand entrance. Our room was comfortable and clean with TV and ensuite shower room. Travelling with RSD, we were staying on HB terms. Breakfast and Evening Meal buffets provided a wide selection of good international and local food, with a notable exception of the bread. Once I was luck enough to catch fresh bread coming out of the kitchen. Otherwise, what's left was covered with a cloth and left out until the next meal and if still not finished it was left until the meal after that and it gets *very* stale, so much so that I couldn't bite into it. One morning the restaurant background noise was a gentle hubbub of guests' conversations until the usual "background" music was switched on. The restaurant music is too loud to permit "normal" conversation and I found it quite irritating but that was nothing compared to the swimming pool. We tried to use the pool but couldn't stay there more than a minute or two because deafening rave music was constantly played at a volume which we found painful to our ears. There's also a high metal gantry bridge from the pool area over a wide road leading to the beach, provided guests have a head for heights. In my view, it's disappointing that what could have been a pleasant stay was marred by relatively minor issues which could so easily be resolved.

This hotel was disgusting and inhabitable. STEER CLEAR. Do not book and certainly do not book through STAYFORLONG as they don't care. There is no aircon. The hotel has an annex building that has holes in it as you enter. Our room had bug nest on the floor, the bugs where everywhere including the windows. You have to walk past a petrol station down an unlit road just to get to the actual hotel. It is filthy and one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel. AVOID. We didn't stay and left after 5 hours when I found another hotel. By the time we arrived at the new hotel which was much better we were bitten badly all over. I had to go straight to the pharmacy. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I would say if you are thinking about booking this, book a hostel instead as I am absolutely sure it would be MUCH BETTER AND CLEANER. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN AS SHOULD STAYFORLONG.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, don't go!!! Not 5 stars shotel, 3 stars at most!!! The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. Too far from city centers, nowhere to go. At first we were not accomodated in main building as was the reservation but in other building which was 5 minutes away from the hotel plus on a main road which is busy and not safe for kids to go back and forth. to. The room in that building was terrible: old, bathroom dirty, everthing was felling apart. The room in main building was ok.Maids also didn't always clean the room daily and we had to ask for towels and toilet roll as they usually forgot to leave us any. The beach was rubbish with lots of stones which also hurt your feet. The food was ok but same food pretty much everyday. Staff in reception were arrogant, not caring about the problems, we had to say several times before the matter was resolved.

Was at the hotel from 08/27/2023 to 09/02/2023 with my family, I am not happy with where I live, and there are a number of reasons for this: 1. Location. The hotel administration settled us not in the main building, but in a bungalow to the accommodation, which passes through the Total gas station. This nuance was not reported to us by the tour operator Sun and Fun. We need to spend breakfast, lunch and dinner with a child through a gas station - where cars constantly pass quickly and it is EXTREMELY UNSAFE! Dirty and dusty air is located along the control road. 2. Daily blackouts. Every day for several hours the lights were turned off in the bungalow, which means that there is no water in the room, the air conditioner and all other electrical appliances do not work, including slides in the pool and music. 3. Unfriendly staff. The hotel staff was constantly looking for a reason to make money on the guests, for example, they said that if you live in the main building, you need to pay extra, the tour operator said that there would be Ultra all inclusive, and in fact they even gave out one ice cream in one hand, they could not take it for themselves and child's ice cream has not yet led the child to the bar! Alcohol is only free, everything else has to be paid for. Cleaning in the room was also very bad everywhere: dust, dirt, mosquitoes fly, there are not even glass glasses and drinking water in the room. 4. Beach. To get to the beach, you need to go along the highway over the bridge and bypass through private property along the path to the beach, where there are huge dogs that bark at passers-by, which makes the path extremely uncomfortable and unsafe with a child! 5. Food. The food is the most of the same type, everything is very spicy, tasteless, sometimes not fresh. No baby food available. The child refused to eat anything from the menu. Not even juice, just diluted water with dye and sugar. 6. A lot of people. The restaurant and the territory can not cope with this type of people, there is a big queue everywhere, while all the guests are dissatisfied and embittered, since the hotel in no way met the expectations of the declared five stars. If you want to spoil your holiday as much as possible - welcome to Throne Nilbahir Resort & Spa!

Pros: There are not Cons: The hotel is not as clean as it should be (uncleaned bathroom and the room itself). We arrived in the afternoon, for 1 night -on our way to Capadoccia- and, even though we did not have all inclusive, when we requested 2 sealed glasses with water (in the beach bar) we instantly were charged with 2 USD! The beach is with rocks and unmaintained (dirty sunbeds and rusty sunshades), entering in the water is steep, therefore unrecommended for children. I would definitely not recommend this hotel and for sure we will not return there. We were also supposed to stay in the same location on our way back from Capadoccia tour but we arranged to be accommodated in another hotel in Side (on our expenses since the tour operator -Christian Tour- preferred to let us to manage this extreme unpleasant situation). 2 stars are at most we can award to this hotel located in the middle of nowhere. Resort is way too much and SPA is just a faint resemblance...

Otelde buz sorunu var çok komik. Otelin en iyi tarafı Orda herşeye yetişen in Ali bey var Ali bey de olmasa otel çekilmez.sadece Ali beye teşekkür ederim.
