Excellent location at the entrance to the pine forest and a stone's throw from the sea. Very clean rooms. Ours was on the third floor, spacious, quiet. Bathroom with shower and window. Large terrace. Bed quite comfortable. We did not use the breakfast or buffet service. Considering the budget range of the hotel we liked it and recommend it to the seaside.

Simple but very clean hotel. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly and empathetic staff, as well as super efficient!!!! The guys in the room are attentive and quick. The girl at the reception, capable, smiling and very available in satisfying every customer's need. We took advantage of the dinner (Romagna evening) and both the quantity, the variety but above all the quality of the food offered was truly excellent. Tortellini with meat sauce prepared personally by the owner!!!! Even the breakfast did not disappoint our expectations!!! Too bad we were only there for one night. Location close to the pine forest. Two steps and you are on the beach. Affiliated with the Sabrina and palme baths. We will definitely be back. P.s. to top it all off, there is also a tasty corner for children with containers full of sweets.....and donut evening!!

Single room booked on 7/8/2022 at €99 per night half board. Room no. 26 was a niche with minimal living space. First they had offered me another niche without air conditioning and without a balcony, nothing to hang out my costume. Czech bathroom with door stuck on the sink. Sitting on toilet legs under sink, shower behind door floor always wet. Half a meter built-in wardrobe with a moldy wall bordering the bathroom. Without bedside table, lamp attached to the wall not working. Check in at 3pm, towel delivery in the evening. The large tarp was patched and dirty. I documented everything with photos and video. The first day when I went into the room to see about fixing the lamp they left the door open with the keys on the bed. I may have been particularly unlucky but it was a terrible experience and a bad image for Romagna. The brunch was also not of a good standard. I had been to Rimini and Miramare but a completely different service. In the end they gave me back the €120 deposit at my request, they could have offered it to them. However, even €70 per night was too much for the service we had. The sheet was double folded in 2 and not single. You can't ask for €99 a night for a service like this. I want to spend it but with an adequate service.

The lady I spoke to during the booking process was very kind and helpful, but upon arrival many things left us quite disappointed. You can't set up a room for 4 when the bathroom doesn't have a shower but a sort of fake wall that creates it, because for the second person the bathroom is a lake. Never mind that the rooms are quite small, but the price is not really low in relation to the proposed environment. There wasn't a hairdryer in my room, I had to ask for it....it's 2022, these are a service that is now taken for granted in all hotel rooms. It was difficult to sleep at night due to the great confusion both of the customers who returned late at night (I understand the hotel's non-direct responsibility, but I didn't hear anyone calling for silence), and because of the music (music??) coming from outside ( here too there was no direct responsibility but the annoyance was still there). The breakfast deserves a special note, rich and very abundant, even if offered at the buffet and therefore without any anti-covid regulations (let's not forget that it's not all finished). The really discordant note, which also annoyed me a little, is linked to the parking. I booked by telephone, I was not advised that the parking space had to be booked extra, upon arrival in the evening, after a 4 hour journey, asking for information on how to leave the car we were told more or less make do. the owner of the hotel had no information on how the paid parking worked. I found this to be unheard of behavior, everywhere, whether there are restricted traffic zones or parking lots with blue lines, it is the hotel that provides the customer with the tools to avoid running into the risk of fines. Luckily our stay was only two nights, but we had to set the alarm to get down in time and get the parking ticket.

L'albergo,.seppure un po' datato é pulito e ordinato, la.colazione é buona e abbondante. Good value.for money

Exceente hotel, personal muy atento, limpio y agradable. Desayuno excelente. Fuimos para el evento de Ironman, y como nos teniamos que ir del hotel antes de las 7 am, nos prepararon una bolsa especial el dia anterior Lo recomiendo

Soggiorno dei ragazzi in occasione di un torneo di calcio. Dimenticato una cassa Bluetooth in stanza, telefonato e mandato mail ma nessuna risposta. Oggi a distanza di 20 giorni finalmente rispondono e dicono che non hanno trovato niente…. Pessima impressione e completa mancanza di attenzione per il cliente. Negativo
