- The first room I booked was in the basement. A narrow doorway with a very bad smell and so humid like a cave Then, I negotiated with staff to change the room. They told us we must pay 400$ for a better room with a very nice sea view and it was only available for 2 days. We agreed that and paid 400$ in cash I told them not to charge my credit card, and they said Sure. Then, suddenly, after we checked out, they charged my credit card 373$ again!!!! When I called the owner, he told me Don't worry! I will pay you back your money tomorrow! Then he did not answer me again!!! When I contacted the Booking customer service, first the owner said he would investigate and care about the situation. Then HLhe said I booked 2 rooms, not 1 room, and then he said I cancel my first reservation and the second room costs much more !!!! AVOID THIS PLACE

The room we stayed in was clean and the staff was attentive. They tried to help in everything. There was a jacuzzi in our room and it was a great pleasure to watch the sunset. The location and view of the hotel are excellent. The breakfast was diverse and the ingredients used were of high quality. This is a hotel where I want to stay at least one day every time I come to Çeşme.
