Nice room, helpful staff

Perfect stay for a family of 5! Very useful parking, near the city center, I appreciate the beatiful view. Everything was ok in the apartment. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms. The kitchen was well equipped for dinner and breakfast.

Positive: underground car park under the hotel with direct access to the hotel for €8 per night. Corridors in dark tones, a bit depressing. Rooms very small, passing each other required gymnastics. Only one bedside table between the two single beds. But there was no socket for the breathing apparatus. Few sockets overall. Small kitchenette, which we didn't use. Narrow bathroom, sufficiently large shower, unfortunately without shelves. Bright breakfast room facing the inner courtyard. Frugal buffet. In a small fridge there was cooked ham and poultry ham(?), both industrial quality. 2 types of cheese. Yoghurt. Scrambled eggs consisted of a mushy mass. Unpleasant to the touch. Not enjoyable. Two juices from the storage container, not very tasty. Bread: instead of a nice baguette, a small mini baguette was always put out, from which you could cut pieces. Tasted like cheap baked goods. Poor France! What a wonderful baguette we have had there. Croissants and pain au chocolat were good. We would not visit this hotel again.

Too bad there is no air conditioning, especially as the fan is very noisy. You have to look for explanations for late arrivals, it's not very clear. Otherwise, it's good and it's very close to the station.

The lack of air conditioning is understandable but during heat waves it is difficult to open the window to lower the temperature with a room overlooking the station (noisy). An air cooler might have been more effective than the fan provided.

Air conditioning is missing. In summer the fan provided is not enough. Otherwise everything is perfect! The welcome is pleasant, the apartments spacious and bright and the environment very calm. The rooms are clean and nothing is missing.

Apart from this problem of a confidential code not received on Sunday which meant that we found a closed door and were unable to enter and only be able to collect our keys thanks to another tenant, the establishment and our studio gave us complete satisfaction: clean and functional premises in a quiet environment, welcoming staff, good value for money in summary.

Apartment for 4 completely consistent with the description. Spacious, new sofa bed, good quality bedding. Friendly and very accommodating reception staff. Great location, we were able to get around easily on foot. Underground parking in addition, very practical. I recommend without worry.

Reception non-existent, premises outdated and bordering on cleanliness. Aging residence without updating equipment (kitchen equipment, bathroom), dirty carpets, inhospitable corridors. Merci, très bien, propre, arrivé un dimanche après midi, donc pas de réception, mais les indications donnés claires et précises nous ont bien servis. Bon petit déjeuner, viennoiserie excellente, étant ancien pâtissier, j'ai appréciéécier.

Accueil bien prévu, reçu SMS pour nous donner les consignes en cas d'arrivée tardive, très bon accueil, chambre impeccable, excellent petit déjeuner avec 2 distributeurs de miels différents. Seul petit bémol, il n'y a pas assez de places de parking en sous-sol ce qui m'a imposé de garer mon véhicule sur un parking voisin avec le risque de me faire dérober des effets de voyage restés dans le véhicule
