The Velo Accueil system is really understood here. Safe storage, pump, comprehensive breakfast all available at a reasonable price . The receptionist and her team, was multilingual, super friendly, understood the cycling experience and organised dinner on a Monday. Large, airy clean room with a great shower. Quiet and dark at night. Big breakfast, good coffee, friendly approach. Really enjoyed my stay here. A 5 star experience.

Super good bedding, very clean hotel. The hearty breakfast. The super friendly team attentive to the little care with their customers. I recommend 100 percent.. close to the village, restaurants, shop. The very original boutique boat with local products.

Wij waren hier ook al twee jaar geleden net nadat het hotel open ging. Het is dus een vrij nieuw hotel met airco en buiten zwembad. Mooie kamer net ruim genoeg en heel gerieflijke mooie badkamer met goede doucheruimte. Ruim bed met goede matras prima geslapen. Er is koffie en thee in de kamer. Ook een lift en aan de ingang is er een helling aanwezig dus toegankelijk voor mindervaliden. Alles heel net en proper. Ontbijt is goed niet uitgebreid maar toch voldoende keuze. Spijtig dat de croissantjes niet vers waren. Het hotel biedt ondertussen ook avondeten aan maar is geen restaurant dus de schotels zijn gemaakt door een traiteur en worden opgewarmd in het hotel zelf. Daarom zijn wij op een andere plaats gaan eten want er zijn voldoende restaurants op loopafstand er is er zelf eentje vlak naast het hotel.

tres belle hotel chambre et piscine tres agreable ,proche du tres beau village de chanaz par contre la restauration a complement ete délaissé nous avons manger une planche de charcuterie fromage a 22 euros ridicule pour les plats il n y a pas de carte le serveur viens et vous dis a la voix les plats sans que vous saviez combien ca coute on ete trois table , les tables d a cote on eu la chance d avoir des salades pas nous ,les desserts malheureusement industriel ,visiblement la restauration ne les interesse pas dommage car il y vraiment un belle ecrin pour proposer autre chose le bar gourmand nous a laisser un gout amer

Il se trouve que nous devions séjourner à Chanaz mais le lieu initialement prévu ne correspondait pas du tout à ce qui était prévu. Nous avons trouvé, en dernier recours, cet hôtel. L'aspect, l'accueil, les conditions de stationnement et l'amabilité du personnel nous ont grandement satisfait après notre mésaventure. Les chambres sont bien équipées et propres, la situation de l'établissement est très bien et le calme règne donnant un contexte favorable au repos. En plus pour les passionnés des vélos sont à disposition.
